Colle di Val d'Elsa : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! We had an excellent stay at Eddy's place. Eddy is an extremely responsive and helpful. He personally came to pick us up at the train station which was very sweet. The location of the house is perfect just a 5 min walk from the train station and also very near to all the main tourist locations. The house is on the first floor without a lift so you have to carry the luggage up, but eddy himself helped in carrying the luggage which I felt was very nice of him. The house was also well equipped and exactly like mentioned in the description. I would definitely recommend Eddy as an excellent host and Eva's place for a holiday in Florence. The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

Stefano’s apartment in the center of Florence was the perfect apartment for my friends and I during our trip. The location is perfect for anyone who plans to walk around all day and have the perfect centered home for breaks in between. Stefano and Valerio had the best recommendations and made our stay feel right at home. I would stay here again and again on my next visits! Can’t recommend it enough

Beautiful and spacious apartment, has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The photos don’t do it justice! The hosts are very communicative, hospitable and responsive, we really enjoyed our stay. The arrival instructions were detailed and clear. The apartment is in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the main train station. We hope to visit again!

This spot is in short walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. It was very cozy and private. Great find!

Met z'n tweeën 2 nachten in dit prachtige appartement verbleven. De host is super flexibel, onze vlucht was gewijzigd en daardoor kwamen we pas tegen middernacht aan, dit was geen enkel probleem. Goede, duidelijke uitleg van alles bij aankomst. Het appartement zelf is perfect gelegen, net buiten het drukke centrum, op 50 meter van de tram en bushaltes. Kom je met de auto dan is er om de hoek een parkeergarage. Binnen is alles spik en span, verschillende gescheiden ruimtes en het ziet er gezellig uit. De badkamer is van alle gemakken voorzien maar daardoor wel wat aan de krappe kant. De douche zelf erg klein maar voor iemand met een groot postuur nog wel te doen. Al met al een goed verblijf gehad, raad het anderen zeker aan!

This place is incredible, so walkable to everything: the Ufizzi museum, the Piazzale Michelangelo, the Mercato, etc. Restaurants everywhere. Quieter than being right in the middle of everything, and not having to worry about stairs. Bed was massive, amenities like coffee were great. We even got to do our laundry. Cannot say enough good things. Silverio even let us stay a little later than check out which was so kind. Would recommend this spot to anyone!

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Estuvimos en el departamento durante un mes completo. Lo sentimos nuestro hogar muy rápidamente. Está perfectamente equipado. Destaco la cocina y todos sus utensilios. La calefacción por radiadores funciona muy bien, aún en días fríos; junto con el doble vidrio, mantiene un ambiente muy confortable en el interior del departamento. La puerta es blindada, lo cual hace sentirte muy seguro. La ubicación está a unos minutos a pie del centro histórico. La zona de la Plaza Libertad nos pareció muy tranquila y menos ruidosa para alojarnos. Muy cómodo el acceso desde el aeropuerto o estación de tren, gracias a la cercanía con el tranvía (a solo 50 metros). La comunicación y amabilidad de Marco fueron inmejorables. Sin dudarlo será nuestro alojamiento en Firenze la próxima vez que visitemos esta hermosa ciudad. Gracias!

The view here leaves you absolutely breathless. I can’t emphasize this enough. If you are coming to Tuscany to soak in the vistas, colors and textures book this Airbnb!!! I guarantee it alone is worth booking for! The interior is really nice and cozy too. The garden is perfect. And on top of all that the service was 5 star - very attentive and helpful. We will be back if life provides the opportunity.

O local corresponde às fotos e muito mais. O jardim é lindíssimo e super tranquilo. A casa tem muitos detalhes e móveis antigos lindos. Adoramos estar lá. Pamela nos enviou todos os detalhes de check-in e nos recebeu super bem. A casa tem uma cozinha super completa e uma cama muito confortável. Está muito próxima a estação de trem e é de fácil acesso. Recomendo muito a estadia!!!

Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! Our family, including our two small children, had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Montalcino. Without a doubt, it's the best Airbnb we've ever experienced! The home is tastefully renovated, offering modern comforts while maintaining its classic charm. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus as we had to work remotely during our stay. The villa is spacious with stunning views of the Tuscan countryside, and there was more than enough room for everyone to relax. We had the pleasure of taking a private cooking class with Chef Giacamo in the villa's kitchen, which was an unforgettable experience. It was breathtaking to cook with fresh, local ingredients while gazing out at the rolling hills. The wine cellar was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, and the cleanliness of the entire home was top-notch. Brian, the owner, provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and wineries, helping us make the most of our time in the area. Thank you!

Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

A fantastic place in an excellent environment. The apartment can be described as stylish, pleasant, functional. The beds are comfortable, clean. The bathrooms and showers are fine. We could find also refreshments on arrival. The location is very favourable. You get everywhere by foot: railway station 20 min, Uffici 7 min, Dome 13 min. Some minor problems that can be easily fixed: the kitchen table had signs of intentional violence, the two irons we found were both broken, visibly damaged. We could also find only a few teaspoons. Internet was a bit slow. We were told to get instructions and more information via a QR-code. The code was not functioning nor the attached browser address. But there was also a physical folder with information that we found unfortunately only on the last day. As a conclusion: very recommendable.

Very walkable and convenient without being in the middle of the crowds. Fabulous rooftop patio. Helpful elevator, though small of course. Our family of seven had a wonderful stay here. Would recommend to others!

We had a very enjoyable stay, Ilaria was very helpful and responsive. Only negative is that as this property is very near the piazza, the street can be quite loud until very late. However, closing the windows and shutters kept most of the noise out. All in all we loved the place!

Cosimo's apartment was wonderful. Visually, the exposed brickwork and wooden beams gave it a rustic feel but with contemporary furniture and a modern bathroom. Cosimo was there to great us on arrival and made the check-in process very easy. It was useful being on the ground floor (we walked from the train station with our luggage, which took about 20 minutes, and felt grateful not to have any stairs to climb). It was within walking distance of all the main sites in Florence and in a really beautiful part of town. We heard a few people walking past at night time once or twice, but no one particularly rowdy. The area is generally quiet and peaceful, despite being so centrally located. We would highly recommend Cosimo's apartment and would definitely come back here again.

Superb location - both getting to and from the airport by tram as well as day to day tourist locations. Great cafes/bars to use minutes from the apartment.

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

Great location, very walkable and easy to access! Right in the heart of things. We were kept up one night by tenants over us, we could hear them walking around loudly and moving chairs and tables after 1 am. We told Sabrina and she helped out by messaging the owner of the property. It was quieter the next night.

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Lorena é uma anfitriã muito atenciosa! Nos recebeu com muito carinho, permitiu o check in antecipado, sempre nos respondia rapidamente. O apartamento é bem localizado, próximo ao Duomo, com vários restaurantes ao redor, inclusive eu recomendo os restaurantes localizados na mesma rua do prédio, os dois mais próximos. Apartamento limpo, roupa de cama limpa e tudo confortável! Foi uma excelente estadia! Super recomendo!
