A perfect little light filled oasis in the desert... perfect spot for a quiet and peaceful retreat. Loved the yoga/meditation room and the fenced on yard makes it really private and safe feeling.

We loved our stay at Alison’s home. It was beautiful and spacious, just as described and show in the photos. Alison was very friendly and responsive. We were missing some essentials and she sent us same day delivery groceries plus some Easter treats! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as advertised—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable, and the couch was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything was just as described in the listing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We stayed at the house while going to Coachella and had a great time! the house had everything we needed, communications were great and the host was very responsive and flexible with check in and check out time, and the self service options were very helpful. also located close to the convention center which is walking distance and made the shuttle rides very convenient. The house is very spacious as well as the outdoor area and very comfortably fits 10 ppl.

Staying at Casa Cosmos was such a wonderful and unique experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The attention to detail in every corner of the house is incredible—it’s clear a lot of love and care went into creating this space. The welcome gift and the handwritten note were such a sweet and personal touch—it really made us feel so warmly welcomed. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged, and the information provided made it super easy to settle in and run the house smoothly. The pool was absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing during the day—and we had so much fun with all the games available. The mattresses were also incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well! Casa Cosmos is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and charm.

We really enjoyed staying at Kathryn's place. The pool and hot tub were wonderful once we understood how they worked. Kathryn was responsive to all our questions. The beds were comfortable, and nights were quiet in the neighborhood. It was a quick and easy drive to downtown Palm Springs and the airport. We had a great stay and highly recommend Kathryn's place.

Kate's Dreamy Desert Barn was exactly as described! I booked the home for a bachelorette party, and our large group fit comfortably in the space and enjoyed all of its amenities—including a well-appointed kitchen, fantastic outdoor area with plenty of deck chairs around the pool, lounge-y indoor seating, record player, and more. Our weekend in Joshua Tree was extra special thanks to our gorgeous, boho accommodations and Kate's fantastic communication. Kate reached out ahead of our trip to provide local recommendations, and she was incredibly responsive when we had a couple of special requests. Several of the women on our trip who are local to Southern California mentioned that they plan to book Kate's place for another group trip. 5 stars!

Lovely, clean home in a great location for anyone going to the empire polo fields for coachella etc. Super responsive hosts and very accommodating - 10/10 would recommend

We chose this house for a small family vacation. We all enjoyed the beautiful views, the hot tub, and the beautiful views for miles. We would book this home again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay! The one thing I would like to note is the house is a duplex, not a single residence. The home was charming and my family had a great stay. We had an issue with the coffee maker not working day 1, but Woody took care of it by sending a working one. The tv screen also had an issue, but it wasn’t really a problem because we didn’t need to watch tv. We used the hot tub everyday and loved it. Overall we would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Our stay was perfect we had a lovely time at the villa. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and would love to stay here again.

Super stylish, very Palm Springs mid century modern! loved the interior design and the landscaped garden and pool. the Cabana was very cool and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment we would make is that the house is under the airport flight path and is noisy during the day. Even with that observation, we look forward to staying here again.

A great spot in Joshua Tree - perfect while we were there for a wedding. Walking distance to many shops, driving distance to the park.

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Alex’s slice of desert paradise! The reality was even better than the listing; it felt like we had our own private desert compound. The beds were comfortable with soft, cozy linens and we all fell in love with the big, comfy couch! The location could not have been more convenient for access to JTNP, but the view from the front porch almost made a day of hiking unnecessary. The bedrooms are limited on bureau storage and hangers, so keep that in mind if you’re going with a large group who would prefer to not live out of their suitcases. However, all other amenities were as promised and totally sufficient for our stay. This is a truly special property and we so enjoyed our time together there. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Suzette's! Very spacious, very clean and well-decorated home. Absolutely loved the large PB&J painting on the wall.

We were in town for a girls trip and absolutely loved staying here. The house is in the perfect location; convenient to downtown yet just far enough away from the hustle and bustle that this place was a quiet oasis. The beds are extremely comfortable and we loved that each room had its own bathroom attached. Tony, the property manager, was INCREDIBLE. So helpful, kind, and responsive. He knew we were getting into town earlier in the day and made it possible for us to check in early, which was so appreciated. 10/10 would recommend Lone Palm House and already trying to figure out when I can come back with my family.

House was clean and welcoming. The views are amazing and the backyard is a paradise. The amenities are much better than most Airbnbs. Todd & crew have thought of everything. Coffee, condiments, disposable plates & cups, even some toiletries in case you forgot your own. Neighborhood is in the north side of town and we did get hit with a few days of very very strong winds (nothing that the host could obviously prevent but something to note). Mitch was super responsive and got the pool and hot tub heated up in a jiffy for us and even suggested the Thursday evening street fair which was awesome. Would highly recommended any property hosted by them and we will definitely come back to stay if we ever make it back!

Even better than described or pictured! Filled with character -- the variety of plants indoors and outdoors, and the vinyl collection, were true standouts. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets and desert views. The weather was cooler and windier than usual so we weren't able to enjoy the pool area as much as we would have liked, but we enjoyed one day of heaven out there! Highly recommend to those looking for a private getaway that's close enough to Yucca Valley for convenient food and drink runs.

Gahl, Your place was everything! From the great communication, beautiful home, amazing pool and yard space. Hummingbirds aplenty, peace and quiet with perfect all day sunshine. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Hands down best Airbnb we have stayed it. Will be our go to for every Palm Springs visit. The holiday house is the perfect remote getaway. You'll find everything you need to make an amazing meal in the kitchen. You can get lost in the beautiful art all around the gardens and inside the house. The 360° views of the landscape are absolutely breathtaking and the night sky is otherworldly. This is by far my favorite stay out in the high desert.

Sebastien's place was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable! the outdoor space with the pool and hot tub were also so lovely. It was also a quiet and peaceful area, but conveniently located in Palm Springs. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful property, very responsive hosts, amazing stay. We felt safe, and had an amazing experience during our Coachella weekend. Homes were walkable distance to each other. We really enjoyed the pools and pool tables. Would recommend for large groups. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
