My wife Labri and I loved Meri’s cabin. It was the perfect place for a nice relaxing weekend away. We felt right at hime from the second we arrived. The soaking tub is super nice and a perfect place to wind down at night. The square hammock is a great place for star gazing. We didn’t end up using the firepit due to high winds but I’m sure it would be nice. The cabin has everything you need for a romantic getaway. The dirt road up to the place is very bumpy and you have to go pretty slow so be prepared for that. I recommend you bring all the food and drinks you need so you don’t have to go out a lot. The cabin is only 30 minutes away from Joshua Tree National Park, which is a must see. All in all the place is perfect and highly recommend you stay here.

When you step inside this quaint little cabin, you can’t help but feel right at home. We loved the open space of the living room and kitchen. After a day of hiking, the hot tub on the back porch was just what we needed to relax and unwind.

We were looking for a quiet place to stay to relax for the weekend. This place was exactly what we wanted. Already looking forward to staying there again. We had a peaceful stay and enjoyed the open living area and nice back deck.

My son and I have been visiting Idyllwild a few times a year since he was a young teen. We've stayed all over town, and we like Astrid's best so far. We came this time to lock ourselves in for the weekend of Alien Day (iykyk) to watch all of the movies. I chose this place because of the living room and TVs, and my son loved bringing his vinyl to spin. It was perfect for our niche trip. The photos don't do the place justice. It's cozy and interesting and filled with cool little details in each space. All of the instructions are clear, and Astrid is beyond helpful when answering ridiculous little questions. From the windows we saw deer families, chonky squirrels, and a very proud blue jay. At dusk, we heard the adorable clicks and commotion of resident bats. Astrid's place is perfect for families, couples, grown siblings. It's got great common areas and private rooms. A fantastic place that we will stay in again as soon as we have a chance.

Very cozy cabin located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, definitely recommend. We even got a special visit from some donkeys walking around!

We had a wonderful stay at Peaceful Pines! The cozy cabin was perfect for us and our two dogs. The backyard is a huge blessing and allowed us to have some time together without our pups. Jay is a kind person and welcomed us when we arrived. We are hoping to make this an annual trip! Thank you Jay 🐾

Great cabin for a couple or small family! We brought our dog and we all loved the house. Everything was exactly as described and they had everything you could need. They had lighters, flash lights, kitchen utensils, dog bed, movies, board games, etc. Great home and yard and 5-10 minute drive to all top spots. I’d recommend!

We had a great stay at Jeff and Lizzie's. The house comfortably accommodated six people and was extremely cozy. There are also nice places to sit outside on the front porch or the hammocks outback, to enjoy the quiet with a good book. The house is conveniently located to the center of Idyllwild. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We hope to have an opportunity to stay here again soon!

Had a great time staying here, the house was clean and as stated in the description. Brought our two dogs with us and they loved the spacious backyard. The hot tub was very clean and perfect to wind down after a day hiking. We used the kitchen during our stay and they had all items we needed for our cooking, made us feel right at home. Will definitely come back again.

Charming Cozy Stay in the Snow! We had a wonderful stay at this cute little Airbnb in Idyllwild! The space was perfect for two adults (and small pet-friendly too, which was a huge plus for us). The backyard is super big plenty of room to let your pup roam around. We visited during snowfall, and the whole experience felt like a winter wonderland. The home was warm, cozy, and just a short distance from the main village market. Super convenient for grabbing food or exploring local shops. Mario, our host, was incredibly attentive and responsive. He quickly addressed the small issues we encountered and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful getaway!

Thank you so much for letting my family and I make a home out of your cabin for a few days! We celebrated our youngest daughter’s 6th birthday while we were there. Awesome stay! Extremely convenient for skiing/snowboarding. Loved not having to deal with parking or traffic. Will definitely come back again.

My family & I Booked a last minute trip to big bear and we had the greatest time! The cabin felt so cozy & check in was really easy! Great communication also and dog friendly 🤗We will definitely return 😄

Amanda was very responsive. Enjoyed our stay in her very peaceful and quiet home. Beds and living room furniture are extremely comfortable. It’s about a 16-20 minute walk into downtown Idyllwild. However if walking with kids or pets be mindful that there are no sidewalks. I would suggest only walk it in daylight. Town folk are extremely friendly and resourceful. Would definitely stay again. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Lisa’s cozy cabin. Even though we booked just a few hours before our planned arrival, Lisa was accommodating and communicative. For nearby activities, we highly recommend the Suicide Rock hike via the Deer Springs Trail, as well as grabbing a bite at the Atomic Cow, which offers affordable eats like delicious burgers, chili cheese fries, and even Dole Whip. The rest of our time was spent relaxing in the cabin and soaking in the peaceful surroundings—it was the nice little escape from busy city life.

This house is Amazing! We love it. Robert is a good Host. He was kind and responded quickly!

Our stay was magical. The cabin was immaculate and beautiful. We felt right at home and loved our time in Idyllwild.

Matt‘s house did not disappoint. We had plenty of parking for our four vehicles and check-in was a breeze with keyless entry. We walked in and, to be honest, the house was even nicer than the photos on the Airbnb listing. The kitchen was huge and had plenty of storage as well as a huge fridge/freezer for the food that we brought. The living room was cozy, and there was lots of seating for everybody. I don’t think we realized, when booking this, that the house is three levels. The basement level is the game room, but also has the two bunkbeds as shown in the photos. The downstairs leads out to the spa, which was great. Just a tip, be sure to turn the spa on quite early before you want to get in as it did take some time to heat up. All of our guests loved their rooms. Each space was decorated so thoughtfully. My husband and I stayed upstairs in the master bedroom (The Eagles Nest) and it was an amazing space with a really beautiful private bath. We would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful and welcoming place! We felt right at home and everything was clean and comfortable. Town was only a few minutes walk so the location is excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
