Cozy Apartment in the ADK’s (Private Entrance)

Hello! The space is a private apartment including living, full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom spaces. There is a private entrance and free parking on the property. There is a pullout couch for extra sleeping capacity. The couch comfortably fits one but could squeeze two if needed. We are 30 minutes from both Lake Placid and Plattsburgh. 15 minutes from Whiteface Mountain. AuSable is a quiet town with a bar, pizza shop, grocery store, and gas station a short walk away. Enjoy the complimentary two pairs of snowshoes in winter, and fishing poles in summer. Bottled water, coffee, hot cocoa, and tea are complimentary. Smoke/vape not allowed inside or on grounds.

Comfortable apt. in its own building on 50+ wooded acres near Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Whiteface Mtn. Miles of walking trails. Great road biking. Large, private screened porch; Tempurpedic queen bed; full kitchen, big LR & cozy recliners. We now have covered parking for one car! We are only 20 minutes from Whiteface ski area and nearby hiking and mountain biking trails as well as lakes and rivers for swimming and paddling. There are trails on the property for walking and snowshoeing.

This can be your resting point after spending a fun filled day in the Adirondacks. At this location you have the opportunity to walk down to the river to fish, paint or just sit and relax in the beautiful surroundings. You’re welcome to have an evening fire in our outdoors fire pit that can be set up for beautiful scenic views of the river.

1 bedroom with 10ft ceilings with lots of natural light. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, craft breweries, walking and biking trails, museums, theater, parks, boating, and skiing. Close to SUNY and CCC campuses and UVM/CVPH hospital. Airport is 5 minutes away. Lake Champlain and boat basin are only a 5 minute walk. Lake Placid, Burlington and Montreal are an hour or less away. Plenty of parking for vehicles and anglers with their boats. Lots of local history to explore.

This spacious two bedroom apartment is centrally located near all major restaurants, shopping and top notch local eateries. Apartment is only one mile to hospital and is in walking distance to Plattsburgh State University. Perfect for Cardinal sports fans and parents as the PSUC Field house is located in the backyard. Large driveway can accommodate boats for fishing tournament guests. Unit is located upstairs with short, wide staircase. Unit is very clean and in safe neighborhood!

Relax alone or with your family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, marina, and to the walking trail by the lake - and 1 hour from Burlington, Montreal, and Lake Placid. Apartment is attached to our house, so we can assist you in any way. Handicap accessible with a no-step shower/no steps to enter house. House is on a quiet street- and bedrooms have room darkening curtains which means a great night’s rest!
