Wonderful getaway, I took my daughter and 3 grandchildren for a getaway and we picked the right place and upon arrival there were local cookies, welcome basket and fresh farm eggs in fridge very welcoming touch. From meeting their farm animals, hot tub two times in one evening, family Foosball games, ping pong, cards, board games and snuggling on couch with popcorn from welcome basket to watch movies we had a great time. Charming's the word. Beautiful, bucolic setting. Nice hiking trail across the street. Super convenient to anything in the Kenwood, Milford, Indian Hill, Terrace Park area and still only 25 min into downtown. Nice rooms, big kitchen, beautiful fireplace. Great stay to get away from it all and still be close enough to anything Cincy has to offer. Only thing that was diff from usual rental (in my experience; come stocked w water, coffee, snacks etc), due to the fact that it was the owners actual home; there were many items in pantry and fridge...wasn't sure what, if anything , was for us, so we just didnt touch anything.

Our group of five had a nice stay! There was plenty of room for all of us and it was very convenient for everything we needed to do in Bethel. The pool table and multiple TVs provided entertainment during the storms that rolled through. Will definitely stay again!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The house was clean, kitchen had a large stock of pans, dishes and utensils. Bathrooms were clean and stocked nicely with towels and toilet paper. B brooms were clean and beds super comfortable! The outdoor space was very nice! We were lucky to have access to the lake, paddle boats and playground as well. A perfectly situated, peaceful home. Communication was quick and extremely friendly! Definitely 5 + Stars! Would stay again, for sure!

great place to stay with a large group. plenty of space for our group of 18 when we visited the newport aquarium. plenty of parking right at the front of the house. grill works great. large kitchen for big breakfasts. the house is back in away from the road which was nice for the kids playing outside. everything was nice and as advertised. simple check in and the host responds quickly with communications. 40 min drive to Cincinnati. perfect if you prefer stay out of the city but an easy drive to get to attractions. would stay again if in the area.

Stayed here for one night and it was such a welcoming environment. Daniel and Abbie were quick to answer any questions and did not hesitate to make the place wonderful!

We had a great weekend at "The Kimberly " weather was beautiful definitely enjoyed the morning sun coming through windows while drinking coffee in the cozy part of Covington, Ky. I would definitely recommend staying again for summer events 👌.

This is our go to place when visiting our son in Cincinnati. We love the little porch and the neighborhood that it is in. We have stayed here twice a year over the last 5 years and will be back in the fall. Eric and Jason have been helpful if we have any questions.

Easy check in and check out! Host was very helpful and kind, the bed was comfortable the pull out couch wasn’t the most comfy

Cari's home is gorgeous. We had a 2nd floor apartment that appears newly remodeled with tasteful furnishings. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy and it was nice to have a Kuerig available for morning coffee. A sweet little balcony overlooked the front of the house, and a fenced in yard was perfect for our puppy. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot with lots to do. The rental was perfect. Everything we needed plus a super comfy bed! I can't wait to come back!

Patti was very responsive, kind and knowledgeable. She let us check in a bit earlier. Home looked and smelled clean, towels smelled clean. body soap and conditioner, private patio, everything in the home worked. Great sinks. Free local transport less than a block away, gorgeous park just steps away. We felt safe. It was great. I would definitely return. Thank you Patti .
