Great place to stay. Very modern and clean and amazing hosts who were friendly, responsive and helpful. Would love to stay again if around the area and would recommend to others.

Will always use Stephen for stays. I’ve stayed in multiple of his properties now and this one was breathtaking. Will be staying here anytime I visit Birmingham

A wonderful stay. Group of 5 adults and 4 children plus a small baby. Plenty of space for everyone. Very well equipped and clean. Good location, short walk to the town centre and lots of lovely places to eats and nice shops. Host was really helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend this place.

Très jolie maison, correspond à l'annonce. Joli déco assez minimaliste. Hôte très sympathqiue et repond rapidement. quelques suggestions à améliorer : - le chauffage est inaccessible pour le régler dans une des chambres, et il faisait très froid. - les meubles de cuisines sont très haut, impossibles à accéder pour une petite personne, heureusement qu'on était 4. - il n'y avait pas de quoi allumer la plaque à gaz, on a dû partir en magasin acheter un briquet. - il y a des ballons dans les buissons du jardin 😅 - là où on stationne la voiture, c'est extrêmement sale avec plein de déchets autour, mais ce n'est pas de la faute de la hôte.

We had a fantastic stay at Joys, perfect for our get together with friends and kids, plenty to keep them entertained! Joy was a very attentive host and the house was just what we needed in a fantastic location, thank you Joy!

Alex was a lovely host! The grain store is a private and beautifully decorated place with everything you need provided. Alex welcomed us to the place and showed us around, recommending things near by for us to check out. Will definitely be coming back again!

What a fabulous stay we had at Rimmer’s Farm House. An absolutely stunning house and an incredible welcome hamper including cake, Easter chocolate, dog treats, fresh eggs, milk, breakfast juices etc. The house is extremely spacious and the hosts have thought of just about every additional touch to make it a very special stay for families and friends.

We have just come home from a stay at Sue and David’s Oast Barn and it was a pleasure from start to finish. Sue and David were extremely prompt at responding to the initial booking and any messages we exchanged afterwards. They were both there to greet us despite us being late because of Bank Holiday traffic. They are lovely people, warm and friendly. The accomodation is beautiful, set in lovely grounds with rolling fields and sheep all around. Peaceful and quiet but within easy reach of towns and facilities. The accomodation was spotless, immaculate and a pleasure to stay in. The bed was huge! And so so comfortable. The fixtures and fittings are all excellent quality and obviously very well maintained. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. I managed to leave some clothes behind in a drawer and Sue very kindly agreed to post them back to me. 10/10 experience - thank you both
