We have been coming to Clear Lake with our extended family for over 10 years and had a wonderful stay at Laura's home! The views of the lake, swimming access at the dock, comfortable decks, and spacious interior made our vacation so enjoyable! The kitchen was well appointed, and the spacious laundry/storage area was much appreciated. Our entire family made wonderful memories at the lake this visit! Laura was extremely helpful in preparing for our stay and answered all of our questions promptly. We are excited to come back again next summer!

we really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. pictures are exactly as described. The house is warm and inviting, felt just like home. Bonus was the long driveway that could accommodate a truck and boat so we didn't have to find street parking (which there isn't much in the area). 10/10 recommend.

We were in the Clear Lake area for a golf trip and this place was in a great location. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the lake. Great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really loved the place. I have never stayed at a rental that provided so many amenities. They thought of everything! We fit 9 people comfortably. Walking distance to ice cream isn’t the worst thing either.

Perfect house for our girls weekend! Very clean and organized. The living space was open and inviting as well as the deck. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to City Park, bars and restaurants downtown. Would definitely return to this house for a family or friends getaway to Clear Lake.

Had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and comfy. Had all the necessities we would need. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and I was able to cook meals every day I was there. Kandice was very communicative and helpful. Will definitely come back and stay again!

Back for class reunion, very nostalgic and nice to see how Clear Lake is progressing!! Would definitely use this place again, even in winter because everything is so handy!

Great stay, beautiful place. Nice to have pool/hot tub area. We went in what I would say was the 'off season' so not a lot of busy at the lake. Clear Lake downtown area had some good bars/restaurants.

Really enjoyed the beautiful lake view from the front porch and balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and shops was also a plus.

We loved our time spent at the Airbnb. Clean, cozy, quaint, nicely decorated and nice space in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and living room. The screened in porch was a must during the summer nights. Air conditioning did great cooling the house, ceiling fans in all. All this topped of with a washer and dryer! We are very happy we chose this airbnb for our 4 days in Clear lake! What a beautiful town!

This was our groups 2nd year making an annual trip and the house was as beautiful as we remembered it. The house was exactly as described and did not disappoint a single member. It provided more than enough room and was spacious for all of us. In fact one of our members forgot something there last year and it was there waiting for him when we returned! When we needed to contact our host by phone they were so friendly and willing to help us with any detail we needed. Before the second day of our stay was over we were already discussing next years stay and dates. Hats off to our Host for having such a wonderful home and a sincere Thank You from all the members of MVIF for all you have done to make our trips such a great experience.

Awesome location, around the corner from the beach, walking distance to dining, shopping and the city park. Definitely feel like you're part of a friendly community here.

The location was perfect! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, downtown and city park. The cottage itself is rustic, reminded me of summer camp. There are some cobwebs in the corners, especially in the 3 season porch and lots of chipped paint. I was thankful we brought some extra pillows and blankets from home, as the pillows were flat and the extra blanket provided was just a throw blanket. There is no closet and just a small set of hooks in the bedroom area. There is a dresser but only one drawer is available, the rest is filled with bedding and pillows for the pullout couch. We wished there was a place to hang our towels and swimsuits since it is right next to the beach. The location makes up for the lack of comfort, but I did find myself wishing it had a more cozy feel. The cleaning crew also uses scented detergent, so anyone sensitive to scents, be mindful of this. Overall, it was a great stay but it is more rustic and basic rather than cozy and comfortable.
