Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

This cute townhouse in North Syracuse is close to everything! Many restaurants, stores, and major highways are within a couple miles. It offers a driveway, garage, deck, small backyard, basement den, and laundry on-site. Syracuse Hancock International Airport is only a few miles away. Upstate Hospital, Crouse Hospital, and St. Joseph's Hospital are less than a 15 minute drive away, as well as Syracuse University, the NYS Fairgrounds, and the JMA Wireless Dome.

Turtle Cove is a one bedroom apartment that can become a two unit if rented with Mermaid Cove. It is nestled across the street from the Oneida Lake Outlet and within 5 minutes of many restaurants, stores and the highway. The apartment has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, queen sized bed and a rear deck. Come enjoy a cozy and quiet vacation or work trip at Turtle Cove in Brewerton.
