PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring.

Elderberry Eden - Nehalem Riverfront House

River House! Right on the banks of the Nehalem with creeks on both sides. Our location is just a mile off of Hwy 26 & 22 miles from the coast Hwy 1. We have nicer weather here with swimming and fishing right on the property. Our location is close to neighbors and a small grocery, but once in the house you will be facing the river for fishing, swimming and lolling about. There is a little cottage that we live in so you might see my wife and I puttering around, but we respect your privacy.
