Our 2 families had a wonderful stay near scenic Front Royal. The house was chosen for the room and amenities. The hot tub and surrounding views lived up to the description and exceeded it. There were there were lovely amenities, including coffee in the kitchen, arcade and board games, easy to plug in technology, a fireplace, and a nice peaceful and tranquil location. 5/5 would stay again, thank you for your hospitality.

Very peaceful, a place to get away and relax. Restful. Grounds are well cared for.

Had a lovely weekend in VA at Dollys place, and at a really great price. The house was very charming, though very clearly older, but everything about it was within what I consider normal expectations with an older home out in this area. We really enjoyed spending time in the backyard, which was fenced in and had a charming fire pit and table. Our dogs and kids alike took advantage of the ample room for activities back there! Dolly and her husband were very responsive and easy to reach and talk to. Would recommend for a weekend getaway!

The house is absolutely beautiful with stunning views. It’s private, peaceful, and perfect for a quiet getaway. We especially enjoyed watching the sunset and stargazing at night — the sky was incredibly clear. A wonderful place to relax and recharge.

Just the place for a nice family getaway! Beautiful home with lots of amenities. The home is very spacious and comfortable. The living room with the 4 recliners was very nice and used for our family game nights. My 8 yr old granddaughter especially loved the ping pong table along with the keyboard in the lower level. Jenny was quick to respond to any questions we had. The winery she suggested was a lovely atmosphere for our Saturday afternoon. Our Saturday night outside fire 🔥 with s’mores topped off our night. I highly suggest this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway.

The chalet is beautiful, peaceful and thoughtfully arranged. We had all we needed for a relaxing hiking weekend. Our hosts were very responsive and everything went perfectly. Highly recommend and would love to visit again!

Julia's place is an Idyllic setting - so tranquil, yet close enough to a great tavern for dinner. Amazing - we cannot wait to come back.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Kelly’s farm. The cottage was charming and surrounded by pastures. Our little one enjoyed watching the cows grazing early morning. Kelly very thoughtfully stacked our fridge with eggs, butter and other condiments for breakfast. We would love to stay at the cottage when visiting the area again.

This was our first time to the area. My best friend was getting married at Bluemont Winery. Everything was as expected at the guest house. We loved our stay. We got to meet Bob and chat some. We did some hiking close by and saw the beautiful overlook. We had a tour all day Saturday of the wineries with a large group from the wedding. Brunch on Sunday at The Local. We even met Zena, one of the dogs, who was very friendly. We would definetly stay again. Thank you Nancy and Bob
