The house was amazing and had a lot of great amenities. It was also quiet for being multiple stories

The “Derby Winner” was a wonderful and fitting home for our stay. 4 bedrooms—all with king size beds—was perfect for our group of four adults. The outdoor space and amenities were exactly what we were looking for, as well. It was a very comfortable and relaxing space. Tony & Danielle are amazing hosts and we’re always responsive to our needs and requests. Would absolutely recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice stay!

Julie's place is amazing very beautiful fenced in back your good for people traveling with pets and a extremely clean bathroom and bedrooms

Absolutely beautiful, Safe and nice neighborhood very beautiful home and spacious close to everything you will need, this is one of the best places I've stayed so far! fireplace outside was great we was able to enjoy smores! the hottub was nice in the sun room! The Host was reachable whenever you need. Had no issues with anything, they provide everything you just need to bring good vibes and and food! My family and I had the best time here!

Stayed here for a girls weekend with my sister & nieces. We all loved the property - location, amenities, beautiful design, and very spacious! Literally everything was on point. Quick & clear communication. The neighborhood is so fun with everything in walking distance. Plenty of parking if needed, and the attached garage made coming and going even more convenient if you need to venture outside of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful time!

This is a great place to stay, peaceful and quiet! Pool, hot tub, and bar came in handy when relaxing The margarita maker was clutch lol Dustin is always responsive when needed!

This place was amazing. Both Wes and Rachel were extremely accommodating and had everything we needed ready. The place was clean and stocked with everything to make our stay perfect. The boat ride down the river made for a memorable highlight. We will be back!

My old college friends and I have gotten together for many years and enjoy staying in different cities. We were in Louisville to see a musical but wanted to stay some place more quiet. Kevin's river front home was perfect for us! We loved sitting around the fire at night, watching the barges go by and enjoyed peaceful walks in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

This was my first time visiting Kentucky and this Airbnb was amazing. Chose to the city but far enough for orange and quiet.

We loved our visit to Floyd’s Knob. The house was laid out perfectly for a family. Floyd’s Knob is close enough to Louisville to trek out for dinner or activities.

Worked great for what we needed

Absolutely amazing place to book when visiting Louisville KY. The town we were in was so nice we pretty much just stayed there the whole time. The host is super friendly. Will book again

We can’t thank Brandon enough for accommodating us and fr the beautiful and central to everything location. The house was beautiful and we especially enjoyed the board games, smart TVs in each room, and clean and super comfortable bed and pillows. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with anything you need for a short or long stay. The neighborhood is very walkable, clean, and full of parks, restaurants and many things to do! We couldn’t recommend this place more!

What a wonderful stay we had! Such a clean cozy place, our family felt right at home! We were visiting Louisville for a volleyball tournament so after a long day coming home to such comfort was exactly what we needed! The playground in the backyard was an added bonus for our kids so they could go outside and play! The host provided so many snacks which was a great bonus with 4 kids! It was raining, so we weren't able to have a S'mores fire in the backyard but we allowed our kids to enjoy the provided treats anyways! Highly recommend!!!!

Liz and Joey’s home was amazing. It was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The perfect spot in Prospect. They communicated well before and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

The home was exactly as described and easy to get to. Hosts responded quickly to our questions at all hours. They even left a nice arrangement for us for derby day!! Highly recommend!

Maximum privacy near fabulous Louisville! My partner and our dog and I loved the whole home with fenced in yard. The home was EXCELLENTLY appointed- think similar quality kitchen items, linens, pillows, mattresses etc that you would buy for your OWN home. Fantastic. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful via message. Don’t miss this great spot!

Beautiful neighborhood. Walkable to downtown area with local shops and the water. House was totally worth the money and was a great experience and stay. No issues.

Great stay at Emma's house! They were responsive and helpful. As reviews suggested there is really only one bedroom in the basement and the "living space" in the basement has the other queen bed. It worked fine for our group but just worth noting. We would stay here again. It was a quick drive to Louisville where we spent most of our time!

Whit was a great host! His home felt warm and was filled with good energy. He welcomed our two giant dogs who loved the back yard and watching the birds and squirrels outside. The bed warmer was a major plus. Everything was wonderful would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing warm good vibe stay in Louisville! Thanks Whit!
