Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

The Sportsman's Shack is a 900 ft^2 cabin located in Lake City for the All Season Sportsman! Sleeps 8, towels and pillows provided. Bedding at an additional fee. Very close to Lake Missaukee & thousands of acres of State Land! Great for snowmobiles, ORVs, fishing, hunting, hiking, biking and skiing. There is plenty of room for trailers. Bunk beds, antlers and fur pelts on the walls add to the feel of a real hunting and fishing shack. Packages for fishing, kyaking and tubing available

Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.

We have 1 king bed, 2 full beds and a couch. Many state ORV trails nearby. Ride from the cabin to the trails. Fishing at the pier or boat rentals available at the marina. Cookout, have a campfire, or head into town to eat. We have a jet pack by Verizon for limited wifi service or bring your own wifi. Smart TV w/out Cable.
