We offer accommodation in one of the oldest buildings of Civita, a XVI century building constructed on a former Middle Age tower. The apartment is on the ground floor of Palazzo Contino, former Palazzo Pinzi, with a terraced garden with a breathtaking view on the Calanchi valley and a beautiful garden full of plants and fruits. From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sun rises. The garden is a proper oasis compared to the rest of the village which during the day can sometimes quite crowded.

" Bella Civita" dista dal Borgo di Civita 30 minuti a piedi ,ed è disponibile il servizio navetta è a 300 m .La casa possiede un piccolo giardino, un balcone e un parcheggio gratuito proprio di fronte l'ingresso. Sono ammessi animali domestici di piccola taglia con il pagamento di un piccolo supplemento. Viene fornita la colazione in modalità self-service così da usufruirne in piena autonomia. La casa è nella piazza più antica di Orvieto, San Giovenale con la stupenda chiesa romanica del XI secolo. Una Loggetta con vista mozzafiato sulla valle del paglia da dove scopre l'Amiata , il Monte Cetona ed il Monte Peglia. Arredata con mobili su misura realizzati da mastri falegnami orvietani, i soffitti in legno al primo piano ed il cotto fatto a mano del pavimento ne fanno un alloggio pieno di fascino in cui trascorrere un meraviglioso soggiorno ad Orvieto. Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Terra delle Sidhe est une petite ferme biologique située dans le sud de la Toscane surplombant une belle vallée située sur les pentes du Monte Amiata, entre les villes médiévales de Castel del Piano et Seggiano. Un séchoir à châtaigniers vieux de 250 ans utilisé jusqu'à il y a 30 ans, le gîte que nous proposons est entouré d'une forêt de châtaigniers biologiques et d'oliviers centenaires. Cette charmante maison cosy elle a été rénovée avec amour avec goût et simplicité.
