This villa is amazing, we had a wonderful time and at full occupancy it was not camped at all. Only drawback is the accessibility, you 100% need to drive and the roads have big drops and are quite tight with blind sides and the locals use them as a racing track! The local beach is brilliant, very steep so you need to be relatively young and very fit, I run marathons and worked up a sweat but it is doable for a fit adult it is 4.5km and a large drop and incline. Make sure you stock up as realistically the shops are around 30 -40 mins away, there is a small shop at the beach though for emergency supplies. On the flip side the you are in the mountains, amazing views and pool was fantastic and set-up was perfect so if you are after tranquility it is perfect. Jas is super helpful, great comms and Rosa is lovely although doesn't speak English so use Google translate to Siberian. The comms from Jas is perfect, he even has a video of driving up to the accommodation. Best host ever!

1000 characters is not enough for my review of this place and Andrea. First, the pictures do not do the house any justice. The house and Andrea are just beyond! She did not spare any details. It’s hands down the best AirBnB experience I’ve EVER had. I’ve never felt so at home and did I mention the house is absolutely gorgeous? She even had a ramp built that goes to the second floor so we didn’t have to lug all of our luggage up the stairs—just genius and so thoughtful! Her beautiful smiling face met us upon arrival with a bottle of wine and chocolates. The fridge was stocked with goodies and the kitchen had absolutely everything! Her appliances were top of the line and the linens were luxurious. Toiletries in every bathroom—even toothbrushes! She thought of everything. It was like staying at a 5-star hotel but better. She had all the recommendations you can think of. Didn’t want to leave is an understatement. She even had parting gifts for us! If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

Ivana's place is perfectly located, right at the entrance to the Old Town, by the Buza Gate. Everything is walking distance and the place is always full of life. She is so friendly and helped us get to and from the car park when we arrived and when I was heading back to the airport. Would highly recommend for people looking to experience the Old Town! It really does feel like living in King's Landing for a few days

When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

What a fabulous airbnb. We could not have asked for a better view - amazing! It was comfortable with a lovely private terrace which was a great sun trap. Good location - easy to walk into Kotor along the front. Lots of good restaurants and Nikola was very helpful when we needed any guidance. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay in this spacious airbnb. Thank you Nikola

This place looks like the pictures and even better! The host and staff were so kind and friendly, the breakfast sooo delicious! And views were just AMAZING. I wish I had booked to stay longer and would 100% recommendation and would go back. The villa is located around 20 mins drive to Budva and 30 mins to Kotor and Tivat. Ask the host for Google maps link to the villa. You will need a car and if you are not comfortable driving on hills/slopes in manual, definitely get an automatic car!

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

Amazing!! We stayed in Vojo's place after a busy week of touring. It was so peaceful and the views are spectacular. No need for a car, the old town is within walking distance and we also used Uber a few times. Vojo was so gracious. Our son had a bad foot injury and Vojo and his wife went out of their way to help him. Also, Vojo arranged for a private transfer to airport for a 5am pickup which was perfect. Definitely book this house you will not be disappointed.

Villa was amazing. Cared for by hosts from start to finish. The organised boat trip touring three islands is an absolute must. Eight of us shared the Villa and it was a perfect size. The villa is ideally situated with bakery, supermarket and pizza restaurant within a very short distance and beautiful bay, shops and more restaurants within 15-20 minutes walk. Hosts gave direct number so we could contact them throughout our stay. Amazing time had by all.

Great villa. Nice accommodation, fantastic pool and outside space with shades. I stayed here with my husband and 9 year old and my sister and her family. We all loved relaxing in and around the pool. It was a good base from which to explore the local area and we ventured across to Lopud (the beach at Senj is lovely - sandy and shallow) and into Dubrovnik old town. Uber is the best way to get around without a car, although the local bus service is also reliable and frequent. Petra gave us some great local recommendations- she was very helpful and knowledgeable. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

This amazing villa is in a superb location, peaceful yet a short drive away from Dubrovnik Old Town. The whole place was spotless and when we arrived there was the most delicious chocolate cake as well as lots of other treats. The pool, pool table and table tennis table was ideal and kept us all busy ! The bedrooms were spacious and decorated beautifully. Having 3 bathrooms was just perfect. Both the inside and outside kitchens were extremely well stocked. We even got goodbye gifts when we left which was so sweet and a personal touch. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone considering a visit to Croatia.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de villa! Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, met een prachtig zwembad en een adembenemend uitzicht. Onze kinderen hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt met de tafeltennistafel, het basketbalveld en natuurlijk het zwembad. ’s Avonds was het heerlijk ontspannen in de jacuzzi. Matija is een ontzettend gastvrije host en gaf ons fijne tips voor uitstapjes in de mooie omgeving. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf – en vooral van het geweldige uitzicht. Een aanrader!

This home is a short drive to Dubrovnik and is between the two harbours of Srebreno and Mlini which have lovely little cafes, restaurants and beaches. You can walk for bakery and basic groceries or drive 5 minutes to a larger grocery store. The pool area and view is spectacular. We ate all our at home dinners outside on the large dining table. It would be nice to have a few basic kitchen supplies in the smaller kitchens by the bedrooms (plates, cups, glassware, cutlery) but we managed easily enough by bringing them up from the main kitchen. This home was perfect for our family of 3 couples and a baby. Mato was warm and welcoming and gave us great parking advice for Dubrovnik!

What a lovely way to kick off a holiday with our family - on arrival Diana had prepared some local meats and cake as a welcome. The house is 5 star luxury, the view is stunning, beds are so comfortable, and we loved using the outdoor kitchen by the pool. This is the best stocked airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Diana truely made us welcome and is a fantastic host. She helped us organise dinners and a day out on a boat. So many great memories from our holiday. Thanks Diana you are simply amazing.

Sanja was absolutely amazing, very responsive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was exactly as described and the views were breathtaking. This is one of the best stocked places I have stayed in with everything you need to be comfortable and was absolutely immaculate. Sanja did everything she could to accommodate our early arrival, even arranging someone to help us get the cases up and down the stairs. Within walking distance of the city walls and whilst the there were a lot of stairs my 80 year old mother in law managed them so they could not be that bad! The area was quiet but within easy access of everything that Dubrovnik has to offer. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay!! Couldn’t recommend this airbnb more. As a group of 7, this suited us perfectly, and we made full use of the space, including some great BBQs in the outdoor space. Everything was as described and as in the photos, and the hosts were brilliant! Going above and beyond to greet us upon arrival, help us with car rental for the week, and anything else we needed. The place is also secluded enough that it feels super private and special. We hope to come back for another group trip - Montenegro is truly beautiful

A lovely, well-equipped house with all mod cons, and things that made it a fun place to hang out with the family, such as a pool table, table football, an outdoor BBQ and fantastic pool. The view was stunning; we loved the location by the waterfront and near the Dubrovnik marina. It was wonderful to sit on the terrace and watch the sun go down. We took the canoe out (saw a kingfisher), and went out on the bikes, which were provided. It's a bus ride into Dubrovnik old town, which is an amazing place. We would have welcomed an information folder with local knowledge - for example, we weren't sure where to catch the bus, or find the local GP surgery, etc and came across by chance an amazing bakery with caffe bar on the last day, which we would have frequented quite a bit had we known about it. When we did ask the hosts for information, they came back promptly with a response, however.

Wow what a villa this was. The photos look great but it's more beautiful in reality. it had everything you needed and was very spacious and clean for 2 families. Anela the owner had messaged me with tips and recommendations and was super friendly. We arrived late on Thursday night so her mum and brother came around in the morning to drop off a beautiful platter of food which was local and home made. Towels were replaced in the week and the pool and outdoor area were amazing. The location is great too as not far from the airport and Cavtat was not far too which was lovely. Overall, an amazing holiday and villa and would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Croatia

Masa waited for us to arrive, even though we were later than expected. The house is lovely and the pool was a great asset. I would stress for anyone renting this property to trust the map location Goca will send even if the little road looks like someone else’s driveway, the hill to the house is quite steep but worth it! The restaurants in Denovici are excellent and make the climb back up the hill worth it.

Great couple of days in this gorgeous villa. The initial drive is a little hair raising in parts, but worth it and not a problem on subsequent drives; we're used to driving in hilly locations! Very homely and stylish with lots of interesting artwork, light ing and furniture. Beautiful pool and outdoor areas for relaxation, amazing views and so peaceful. Has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal if required. Highly recommend if you want to stay off the beaten track.

Die Villa Miriam ist stylisch und schön ausgestattet. Die Räume sehen aus wie auf den Bildern. Praktisch war auch die Toilette draußen im Poolhaus. Für den Ankunftstag haben wir Lebensmittel und Getränke im Kühlschrank vorgefunden, was sehr gastfreundlich war. Auch Handtücher für den Pool waren vorhanden. In der Küche darf man keine Lebensmittel offen stehen lassen, da es Ameisen gibt. Wenn man alles wegräumt, ist es aber kein großen Problem. Wir haben die property Managerin über die Ameisen informiert, aber sie sagte, man kann nichts dagegen tun. Der Weinkühlschrank hat nicht funktionierte trotz Reparatur. An der Grenze haben wir einige Male eine längere Zeit warten müssen (bis zu einer Stunde). Es ist eine Glückssache wie viel dort los ist, da wir zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten unterwegs waren. Wenn die Grenze frei ist, kann man Dubrovnik sehr schnell erreichen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr schön und die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
