Very close to the airport and everywhere is easily accessible. There is a shopping mall a walking distance away and the apartment itself is very secure with security cameras in place. The apartment itself is exactly as it seems in the pictures and was in excellent condition and beautiful with an amazing view of gaziemir in the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

It was great to stay at Ertan's place. Located just 2 minutes from the lower level of Asansör (Historic Elevator Building), it's in a sweet vibrant neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and incredible sunsets from the top of Asansör. The apartment is very cozy and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Major sights like the bazaar and the waterfront are an easy (and inexpensive) taxi ride away. Ertan was extremely responsive and helpful. His mother, Hamate (?) was a delight to meet. She brought me delicious apple pastries on my first night. I'd highly recommend this sweet place.

El piso es hermoso con una vista increíble de la ciudad y la bahía de Esmirna. Está locado al otro lado de la bahía respecto al centro de la ciudad a la que se llega fácilmente por un corto y hermoso trayecto de ferry. La zona es de bares, pero arriba en el piso no se siente ruido. El piso es muy cómodo, con tres dormitorios espaciosos con armarios para guardar la ropa. La cocina es amplia y la terraza con vistas es más que deliciosa. Günay fue muy atento en todo momento y cuando necesité comunicarme con él, contestó rápidamente y eficientemente. Un lugar perfecto para una estancia de 4 días. Nosotros érmaos 5 amigos que alquilamos un coche y recorrimos Esmirna y sus alrededores. El piso tiene fácil acceso desde las carreteras y hay parking al lado de la estación de ferry que pareció muy seguro. Recomiendo este sitio. No se lo pierdan!

Bulut is a most friendly and forthcoming host, very fast to reply to questions and take care of small things that needed fixing. The apartment is spatious, clean and has a personal touch. For anyone who wants immediate access to the bustling area of Alcansak, the apartment is perfect.

Ev, sade ve fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi dekorasyona sahiptir. Temizliği ve huzurlu atmosferiyle uygun fiyata kalabileceğiniz bir yerdir. Ev sahipleri misafirlerine ikramlar konusunda çok cömert ve yardımseverler.

We felt right at home at Julia's place. It was very conveniently located for all that we had to do and was squeaky clean with all the comforts and amenities. Julia herself was very friendly and pro active ! She also left two Izmirim cards which you can just fill and use for all transport in Izmir...vv thoughtful. All in all, fully recommended !

Ev fotoğraflardan gösterildiğinden daha iyiydi ve büyüktü, sıcak havuz temizdi ve sıcaklığı yeterliydi. Mutfak eşyaları uzun süre kullanılmamış gibi görünüyordu. Bir de ısınma sorunu vardı şömineyi yakmadan önce üşüdük.

Eşimle birlikte konakladığımız 2 günümüzü keyif dolu geçirdik. Ev içerisinde her şey düşünülmüş ve tertemizdi. Ali Ozan Bey çok ilgili bir ev sahibiydi. Tekrar tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğimiz bir ev oldu. Özellikle remote çalışmayı düşünenler için çok uygun bir ortamı var. Bahçedeki dostumuz Nina'dan bahsetmeden geçemeyeceğim, çok akıllı ve sevecen bir köpekti. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Wir waren beruflich unterwegs und hatten uns für diese Villa entschieden. Leider hatte kurz vor unserem Aufenthalt die gebuchte Villa einen Strom Problem welches sofort kommuniziert wurde von Adilcan. Er hatte auch gleich einen Ersatz Villa für uns parat und wir durften an nächsten Tag in die gebuchte Villa. Sie liegt sehr erhöht sodass es sehr windig dort oben war was Adilcan auch vorher geschrieben hatte. Leider hat man das auch innen gemerkt weil die Jalousien und die Fenster geklappert haben und einige undicht waren. Muss dazu sagen dass wir im Januar dort waren (fällt im Sommer wahrscheinlich nicht auf). Ansonsten war alles super schon eingerichtet über 3 Schlafzimmer 2 Duschbäder und einer Voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Kaffevollautomat. Die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss hatte eine traumhafte Raumhöhe, jedes Zimmer mit elektrischen Aussenjalousien. Wifi und Smart tv war ausreichend, sobald mehrere Geräte sich verbunden hatten brach es teilweise zusammen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Berna Hanım her zaman erişilebilir durumdaydı. ihtiyaç halinde kendisine rahatça ulaştım. Ev tam olarak fotoğraflardaki gibiydi ve beni fazlasıyla memnun etti. Bu kadar güzel olmasını beklemiyordum. Sessiz sakin ve ulaşım konusunda çok rahattı. Bahçedeki küçük canlar ile çok daha güzel geçti zaman ☺️

Urla bölgesinde en iyi konaklama alanlarından bir tanesi. Bir dahaki gelişimizde kesinlikle burada kalacağız. Ev sahiplerine teşekkür ederiz.

Es war alles perfekt! Wir können Mesut zu 100% empfehlen. Er kümmert sich sehr gut. Es ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Waschmaschine und die Spülmaschine funktionieren. Den Trockner haben wir nicht ausprobiert, denn auf dem Dach gibt es Wäscheleinen. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist phantastisch. Wir waren zu fünft im Haus. Es gab genug Handtücher und Hausschuhe für jeden. Das Geschirr ist knapp wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte. Die Küchenmesser waren alle sehr gut. In der Küche gab es nur vier Stühle. Ich bin sicher, wenn man mehr braucht und Bescheid gibt kommt jemand 10 min. später und bringt das gewünschte.

Seda Hanım son derece güler yüzlü ve çocuklar olduğu için gelmeden önce evi ısıtacak kadar anlayışlı birisiydi. Konaklamamızı rahat bir şekilde gerçekleştirdik. Sessizlik içinde uyuyup uyanabileceğiniz güzel bir konumda bulunan ve herkese tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir yer.
