Christmas Tree Cove : locations de vacances

We had a lovely weekend while in town for a wedding. Home is even nicer than the photos imply, and the two decks are very nice (one sunny and one shaded). Beverly is easy to chat with, and protective of the home which I understand. :) Kitchen and dining areas are large. We were building a charcuterie platter for the bride and there was plenty of space for 4 people to work together while making it. One note: cell service at the top of the hill (and much of Malibu, truthfully) is very poor. Once you’re inside on WiFi it’s fine, but take a screen shot of the host’s instructions (gate codes and such) so you’ll have them available when you park. Overall an enjoyable home with a lovely view.

Highly recommended place! We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and 3 teenage kids. For all of us is was the first time in LA, so this place was the perfect location: close to LAX, close to the beach, close to a number of cosy and tasty restaurants. We appreciated the cleanliness, clear communication and the amenities provided. The garage was a plus! The beds are comfy, but if you are a light sleeper make sure to bring earplugs as you do the planes from LAX. Thank you for letting us stay in your place!

A hidden GEM! Sweetest hosts, gorgeous garden filled with hummingbirds, doves, squirrels, & butterflies. Bed was super comfortable & large, living room is so cute! So many thoughtful details, candles, lovely smelling soaps, teas, extra blankets. Affordable, central to everywhere you wanna be. Can’t wait to come back & stay again! 😍😍😍

Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The place was meticulously clean, very comfortable bed, super responsive hosts with great suggestions and the most peaceful place to sit on the balcony and take in the sights. If you’re debating if this is the place to stay in Laguna, book it! We don’t often say we’ll rebook an Airbnb because we like to explore what’s out there - that’s not the case here; we will definitely be back!

Beautiful downstairs unit on the water. Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic location and incredibly close to the main street. We loved sitting outside and watching the boats and people. We had all types of weather (cloudy and crystal clear) and it was all perfect for different reasons. The kitchen was well stocked. We didnt cook but we baked. I would have loved a kettle but a pan worked just fine. The beds were comfortable and there were enough linens and pillows. Extra too! I appreciated the knit throw blankets as well. I appreciated the washer/dryer and supplies. We washed our towels halfway thru our stay. There were a lot of rules, repeated many times in many different ways, so it made me nervous for the first few days of my stay. I swept and spot clean the floors just to make sure. The unit was a little spendy but it may have been due to the Easter holiday. Communication was good before/during/after our stay. We left something there and they shipped it to us.

The property was as beautiful as depicted in the photos. It was spotless and stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable and the linens fantastic. The area is gorgeous and from the house we were able to walk to different beaches. We will definitely stay again!
