Ich hatte mit Freunden eine schöne Zeit in Orlando. Die Tage haben wir gemütlich bei einem Bier im schönen Hinterhof von Frank ausklingen lassen.

Positives: The house is located in quiet neighborhood. It was clean and well organized. It was easy to communicate with Edna and she was very responsive. Negatives: The house is old and needs some TLC, one of the kitchen cabinet doors was falling off and the door to the backyard also needs repair.

This was one of the BEST houses we have ever rented! Great location, very spacious house, very well put together and literally had everything we needed! Loved the covered section out back and was nice to sit out there! The whole experience is exactly what we needed and very comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay! We came down to celebrate our daughter’s engagement and Juan accommodated us early and was very helpful! It was a wonderful place and it worked perfectly to gather together with family. We had a small celebration after the engagement and the house had plenty of dishes to use for food and the ambiance was great- piano, fireplace, nice big table for laying out food. We also loved the backyard but it was too cold to use the pool or fire pit, but still lovely features. It was wonderful that each bedroom had their own en suite bathroom..no fighting over who would get the best room! The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. The neighbors concerned me a little, but we felt safe. The road out front was a bit noisy but it’s also very close to Publix and other shopping which was great. Overal,l we would recommend staying there.. it was a wonderful experience!

Absolutely loved this house! I took my family on vacation to Melbourne for the 1st time and this house was a perfect fit for us! I had my husband, 2 teen girls and one of their friends, plus our 2 dogs and we had plenty of space! The house is located in a great place, close to everything! There's plenty of restaurants close by and there are beautiful beaches within 20-30 minutes. The pool was awesome, my kids loved being able to swim whenever they wanted to. It was still a little to chilly to get to really enjoy it, so we definitely have to cone back when it gets warmer! I would definitely bring my family back and stay here again! I wish we could've stayed longer, since we were only able to stay 4 nights. So next time we're staying the whole week. I definitely recommend this house to others! We had an amazing time!

The location was perfect. Terese had everything you could think of available in the house ! We are a family of 7 and there were plenty of beds. The pool area was like being at a resort and the screened in porch was perfect for getting out of the sun but still being outside. Terese was very responsive. We had an issue with internet connection and it was fixed quickly. Be prepared to be greeted by peacocks! They are on the property 24/7. My kids loved that they could look out the window and see them! Terese even has a little gum-ball type machine with Peacock food to feed them. The beach is within walking distance for those with older kids but we have younger ones so we drove. The parking is limited by Peacock beach but if you are early risers like my family you won’t have an issue. Was a great getaway spot. We highly recommend it!

Bob's place is the perfect place to stay! The backyard is the perfect tropical, lush oasis to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee. The home has everything you need and the fact that it's dog friendly is even better! My pups and I felt right at home! Friendly host and a welcoming retreat.😊

This location was ideal for my visit to Universal Studios. The home was clean and cozy and was well suited for my dogs and I. During my stay, Miguel was flexible, courteous and responsive.

Host was very responsive when I didn’t know how to check in correctly. The house was very clean and it felt very welcoming.

This was my first Airbnb experience. Kyle was very responsive and when we needed batteries for a remote, Kyle had them delivered so my daughter would be able to watch tv in her room. Very clean, and loved the private pool!

Tammy is a fantastic host and her apartment is truly special, as soon as we entered after a long trip from the UK we felt at home. Spotless clean, very comfortable bed and unlike some rentals we have stayed in, everything worked as it should, from the hot water to the internet to the kitchen appliances. The balcony overlooking the pond was the perfect place to catch the afternoon/evening sun and the pool which was rarely busy was a minute walk across the street. Would we stay again? Yes we most certainly would. Thanks for everything. 10/10!

This house was better than I had hoped. It is spacious with very comfortable furniture, including the master bedroom and bathroom. The carport allowed my 2500 Chev p/u to easily park under it. Screened in porch and pool are a wonderful bonus, although I did not have time to use them due to work hours. Wi-Fi was super fast and the Roku options allowed me to watch my normal preferred apps. Area was very quite at night with no noticeable traffic through the neighborhood. Water pressure in the master bath shower was great. I will stay again, if available on my next trip to the Leesburg area. Fred was quick to reply to messages. A/C worked good and all the rooms had ceiling fans to help circulate the air like I do at home. The house is supplied with just about anything you would need just like being at your own house.

Tetyana’s place was very clean, welcoming, and felt like home away from home. It was conveniently located near Disney and easy to access. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The master bath was a great way to unwind and relax after walking over 10,000 steps at the Disney parks. We LOVED the jacuzzi/pool combo and how secluded it was. Very quiet neighborhood, responsive host, and easy check-in. We’ll be back. :)

It was a pleasure staying at Michael's place, the condo was exactly as it was described in the listing and I always felt like Michael and cohosts were just a message away if we needed anything, they were excellent at providing clear detailed instructions for check in and check out and always there if we needed anything. This was our first trip to Florida and our first ever accommodation booking, and we will definitely be back again. With 3 kids and 3 adults, this condo was spacious and nobody felt on top of each other. Gated community, felt safe and was quiet and peaceful; the clubhouse was a plus !! fun times at the pool and a store for quick refreshments. we will be back again!! thank you

This home and this neighborhood is so nice! I see where people who stay at Airbnb choose to comment on all the creature comforts — well this home got all of the right ones done so well! The beds, the hot water, the shower heads — everything is very nice! The kitchen is well outfitted and we really felt like we had a home away from home during our stay! I'd recommend this to anybody but we so enjoyed it and our time with an easy hop skip and a jump to Disney World! Thank you and I hope you’ll have us again!

This place was very cute and charming. Megan communicated very proactively and was very kind. I slept in the bedroom with the TV and the bed was extremely comfortable. There are restaurants and a bar within walking distance (the bar was LGBTQ+ friendly, too, which was a plus for me). It was easy to get inside and comfortable to spend time in. The one note I will make is when you first walk in the pet smell is a bit overpowering, but the place is clearly very clean. I did get used to it very quickly and stopped noticing, but something to consider if you're sensitive to smells. I didn't get to bring my pup here, but it would be a perfect spot for traveling with a cat or dog!

We had a great stay in Clermont, the space is well kept, well located and an overall great experience. Will definitely return

My family and I came down for a little mini fishing trip and we were 30 minutes away from the lake. We wanted to fish on we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. The house was spotless and well kept it looked like it had been newly remodeled, and we will definitely be returning in the near future for another stay It was only 12 minutes to the beach and the river as well. We had three nights down at the beach, eating at restaurants on the ocean that were fantastic.

Loata’s place worked really well for us and our two pets! We booked last minute and she was very accommodating and the animals enjoyed the partially fenced back yard. Overall it was a great stay and Loata is an amazing host. Thank you!

This home was lovely and perfect for me for a couple weeks. It's in a relatively quiet area, albeit close to a main road, but still pretty neighborhoody, with a park down the street. Easy access to grocery stores, quick serve restaurants and a couple casual dining spots, and 5 mins from downtown/15-20 mins from Winter Park. The house itself was very functional, the kitchen is well equipped and living area is cozy. Closet space is a bit limited and it might be tight for more than one person for too long, but it was just what I needed while in town for business. The owners were very responsive and friendly, and when I needed help with a small issue were quick to address. Definitely would recommend.

Traveling solo with my autistic son. Him being comfortable enough to not have to "stim" to settle in was my first green flag. Melissa recommended a near by Park which he loved! I loved how spacious the shower and closet with full length mirror was . The private backyard space was perfect for my son to spend time outside safely . Even the neighbors were friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Stayed for a week. April was a great host and very responsive. I would recommend this location!

Karen lives in the adjoining building and is around for pet walking services if needed. The home and fenced in yard were very nice, kitchen had coffee and tea available. Very nice stay and would stay again.
