Acorn Hut has everything you need to stay comfortably and is particularly suited for nature lovers. Its small Hobbit wood burner will keep you snug and warm on a cold evening. Orchard Barn offers a couple the perfect romantic retreat, including a new Spa Barn with hot tub and sauna, for your exclusive use during your stay. Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. The cottage is equipped to meet all your needs, from luxurious white linen by Beaumont & Brown, to robes for the spa. I aim to ensure that all my guests have a truly memorable stay.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. The Studio is a detached, self-contained unit in our garden with a kitchenette and shower room. There’s a private small walled garden with outdoor seating. Clean, fresh, and well-equipped, with comfortable double bed and single sofa bed (please ask if you need it setting up) Great for solo travellers, family group or couples. Fast wifi and space to work for business. Ideal for New Forest, Sandbanks, Brownsea, Hengistbury Head, the Jurassic Coast and more! You need a car to get around!

Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

The Hideaway hut with hot tub

The Hideaway Hut has been designed like no other, a modern twist in a romantic woodland setting. It has everything you need for a secluded, private getaway as it’s located in the heart of the New Forest national park. Unwind in the wood fired hot tub surrounded in nature, whilst cooking your favourite food in the custom built outdoor kitchen. You can also keep your drinks chilled in the glass front fridge! This is a unique stay that you will make many memories that will last forever.

Barton on Sea golf course is a short walk away.
