We had a nice time at Lalin’s. The apartment is a bit small but big enough for me and my husband. The location is perfect; a lot of restaurants nearby, enough tuk-tuks if you want to get a bit further and a mini market downstairs. I would recommend and definitely visit again!

It's an open, light-filled loft that feels spacious and airy, located in a large residential complex by the riverside - far enough from the center to let you choose between peace and excitement. The nearby pier has a bar, a restaurant, and a spot where people come to sing in the evenings, which is perfect when you don't feel like going too far out. Juan welcomes you warmly and is happy to recommend things to do nearby.

I recently stayed at Juan’s apartment and had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a short or long-term stay. The view from the unit was stunning and the building itself offered great amenities like a gym, pool, and 24/7 security. The location is central and convenient, close to cafes, shopping malls, pharmacy store and many street food. Juan were professional and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. Overall, a great place to stay in the city—I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Our stay at the Riverside area in Phnom Penh was absolutely memorable. We stayed on the 17th floor, and the view of the city skyline—especially during sunrise and sunset—was simply spectacular. The location is perfect for tourists, with major attractions easily accessible by tuk-tuk or even on foot. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained. I especially appreciated how cool and efficient the air conditioning was—a real comfort in Phnom Penh’s warm climate. Overall, it was a peaceful and convenient base for exploring the city, and I’d gladly stay there again.

We couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay in Phnom Penh, it was perfect. First, the location is great, about 10 mins walk from the central market, 25 from the riverside, and everything else is a quick and easy tuk tuk ride away. Despite this, you are away from the tourist areas so it feels more normal and the atmosphere is great. The apartment is in an older building, so the entrance is dark and a little dingy with some insects - do not be put off! Once you're inside, on the top floor, you're in a nicely decorated and designed apartment, with lots of lovely little touches to make it feel homely. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare some home cooked food, the bedroom is cozy, very comfortable, the living room is huge with plenty of space to chill out, the best bit is the balcony where relaxing and seeing the sunset is an amazing way to spend the evening. Be warned, it is noisy from about 6:30am so don't expect a lazy long sleep in the morning! Didn't bother us though!

Borei and his staff made for an excellent stay at this beautiful riverside condo! The property is up quite a few stairs, but don’t let that discourage you. The condo sits on the top floor, with a private patio overlooking the river and riverside walking street. The location is perfect for walking around the riverside, and enjoying the many restaurants and bars in this area. Only a short walk from the Royal Palace and National Museum, and fast tuktuk ride to anywhere in the city. I loved hanging out on the patio watching the city come alive at night. Can’t wait to return!
