We had a wonderful stay in Edenton on the sound. The hosts are responsive, welcoming and have done a magnificent job of creating a space with just enough to make it comfortable, no clutter or excess that impede the full usage of the space. We hope to get the chance to stay here again!

Location! Location! Location! Perfect location for walking into town to shop, eat, and for sightseeing and exercise. This was our first time to Edenton and I love when I can arrive, park my car and not use it again until I leave. Turn left out of the driveway and walk straight to the water, and pass beautiful porches & for us also spring flowers along the way. Take the trolley tour! There is so much history in this area and the tour was fantastic! Jayme was an excellent communicator. We slept well and had plenty of space. We appreciated the water bottles in the refrigerator. It was a wonderful getaway. Thank you.

We had a great stay. It was so close to Main Street; restaurants, stores, and shops.

The bathroom is a little small. That's about the only negative I can think of. In terms of the positives, two things really stood out. First, I had all of the information I needed right from the beginning. In other places I sometimes get a little nervous if I haven't heard from the host in a while, and the day before check-in I kept checking email every couple of hours waiting to hear how I'd get in the place. But for this one, all of the information I needed was given to me right up front. You have no idea how much less stressful it is having all the info right up front! (If you've ever had an issue with a confirmation, you'll know why this is so helpful.) Second, the host thought of everything. The wifi password printed on a sign and easy to type in, rather than something like e0@!33GhJ. Modern washer and dryer, and a few tide pods so we didn't have to run out and buy any. Chargers in each room. Nice smart TV with remote. A coffee maker and coffee. Dish soap so we could do dishes.

My family and I truly enjoyed the peace, natural beauty, cleanliness, and comfort here. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house and property are beautiful. Walking outside to sit on the private pier was wonderful. Highly recommend for a quiet, peaceful, beautiful getaway in nature. Seems like an ideal place to fish and kayak, maybe next time!

We loved our stay at Erik and Lia’s. It’s a beautiful house in a beautiful area. They thought of everything and more! We would love to stay again.

This was our little home away from home while my son and I visited my daughter. Allison was super responsive!! She contacted us to see if we needed a cot and whether we preferred coffee or tea. Our basket of snacks was a nice touch! We enjoyed our stay!

Overall great stay and a perfect weekend getaway. What a beautiful deck to watch the fishing boats coming and going. Thank you!

Anne was a gracious and responsive host and went out of her way to welxome us, even for just one night. Her apartment is set up perfectly for someone who has their dog with them - all vinyl floors with throw rugs (easily washable) and gated space outside. The snack basket was a wonderful treat after a long drive!

If you are headed to Elizabeth City, you have to stay at Harbour Place! It is immaculate, stylish, and walkable to everything in downtown. Michael is an exceptionally hospitable host. It was quiet and private as well. Slept like a dream. And he really has thought of everything. This Air BNB is top tier! Highly recommend.

This definitely was a great place in the area! Very close to the hospital and in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly as well. Honestly I was hesitant at first. I think that the pictures really don’t do it justice, it’s bigger than the pictures appeared. It gives you a homey cottage feel. The host was extremely attentive and responsive, usually within minutes with any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely recommend this rental to others and would stay here again!

The apartments downtown in Elizabeth City are in a perfect location. They are quiet yet steps from coffee shop, gym, and restaurants. 1 block from the water. Comfortable beds, a few snacks and water bottles and a small gift card to coffee shop included!

Mechelle's place is excellent. She was very responsive during the check-in period and quickly followed up to a couple of my questions once I arrived. The house is extremely well maintained with loads of convenient and thoughtful amenities. Its location is perfect to the Elizabeth City waterfront and shops. I'd highly recommend it for your stay in the area.

Taylor was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make our stay special! Her place was beautiful and spacious! We would definitely recommend her to anyone coming to visit.
