Fui de viaje con mis amigas y nos encantó la casa, la comodidad y las atenciones extras que habían en la casa para nosotras, sin duda un buen lugar para descansar durante las vacaciones. Instalaciones limpias y ordenadas; muy atenta con recomendaciones locales, y cualquier cosa que necesitáramos, contestaba rápido

The house and amenities are good. The location requires a car to move around. It is a nice residential community. Not many businesses near by. Preferable to arrive during the day and not at night. It is very lonely. But we were able to move around well because the proximity to the beach and other tourists places. Overall it was a very good experience. Cristian and his crew were great.

This is a beautiful house- recently and tastefully designed and furnished with good facilities. The hosts were particularly accommodating, flexible and responsive. Definitely recommend.

Deze accommodatie ligt op een erg goede maar vooral mooie locatie. In een zeer mooie sjieke straat. Erg veel leuke en goede restaurants/ontbijt/Brunch zaakjes op loopafstand. De accommodatie is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Heerlijk tuintje met super schoon zwembad. Perfecte uitval basis om de stad te verkennen. Aanrader!!

The house is so spacious and really beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The pool is magnificent. The location is very convenient, yet very quiet. Abi and Margarita are very responsive and kind. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in Merida.

100% recomendable, súper bien pensado todo en la casa, Mónica siempre súper atenta a todo y con mucha disposición para ayudarnos. La casa muy cómoda, estuvimos 4 adultos y 1 niño y todo súper cómodo. El agua de la alberca ligeramente fría pero con tanto calor que hace pasa rápido.

Excelente lugar para estar cerca del centro de Mérida, era de las calles principales, para poder moverte para todos lados, lo recomiendo a todos, muy buena atención con gran flexibilidad

Toda nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, nos hospedamos por tres noches y el apartamento cuenta con muchas amenidades que hicieron nuestra estancia más placentera. En la esquina se encuentran dos supermercados grandes y un centro comercial. El acceso al periférico está a unos cuatro minutos por lo que moverse por la ciudad es facil desde este punto. Recomendado ampliamente. 😀

Alojamiento tal cual las fotos, muy cómodo y agradable. Carolina es una buena anfitriona, responde rápidamente y te ayuda en todo momento sobre dudas de la casa. Cerca de todos los lugares con magnífica ubicación.

Hanir's place is well located to getting around Mérida by car or bus, and is not far away from a number of shopping centres. The space was well equipped with different amenities and was clean & comfortable. And to top it off, Hanir was very responsive and super helpful, highly recommended!

Lugar tranquilo sin ruidos molestos ideal para llegar a descansar. Todo limpio, artículos para aseo personal, toallas muy limpias, estufa de inducción y trastes para ese uso.

Un departamento muy bonito. El patio es muy agradable para descansar y el balcón para desayunar. La zona esta excelente.

Bonito departamento cerca de la zona centro de Mérida, buena ubicación, mucha limpieza en las instalaciones, la alberca es un plus cuando llegas acalorado de los tours o paseos, me volvería a quedar ahí sin pensarlo!

Der Check-In hat prima geklappt, es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz mit elektrischen Tor und Wachdienst. Das Apartment war super schick dekoriert und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen! Das Apartment liegt zwar nicht zentral, ist allerdings an einer Schnellstraße gelegen, über die man per Auto problemlos in die City kommt. Restaurants gibt es auch in der näheren Umgebung zahlreiche. Da wir uns hier superwohl gefühlt haben kommen wir gerne wieder!!

This is my second time staying in one of Jesus’s place and both times I was not disappointed. The place looks exactly like the pics and was comfortable. I did mention to him that the pool needed to be maintained and he responded quickly. Jesus was kind enough to provide some cooking essentials upon request. I’d stay here again.

Overall, I thought the place was clean and well kept. Everything seemed to work just fine. Jesus texted instructions on how to get to the place and gave codes for the front gate, apartment door and Wi-Fi password. I appreciated the fact that he was quick to respond to my text. It would have been nice to meet in person but, it's Ok. I always felt he was just a text away if I needed anything. The place is about a 15-minute walking distance to the Walmart city center in la zona Montebello. They have several shops there and you can take the Va y Ven bus #63 to El Centro or north to La Isla. I truly enjoyed the calm location. I would like to express my gratitude to Jesus for his assistance and professionalism.

El departamento es súper cómodo, ideal para una pareja o familia de 4. Si vas con intención de trabajar, descansar o de fin de semana en Mérida la ubicación es perfecta, los restaurantes recomendados y plazas están muy cerca y llegas súper rápido a todos lados por el periférico. Definitivamente es un AirB&B para el que necesitas automóvil para que sea así de accesible. El anfitrión es súper amable y responde todos tus mensajes en un tiempo súper corto, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Otro plus es que te recibe con tu mascota, solo recuerden ser responsables y siempre traerlos con correa y recoger sus necesidades 😅 En general una excelente opción para hospedarse 🫶🏻

Nos encantó el lugar, es una zona tranquila pero cercana a tiendas y restaurantes, el condo es amplio, con todo lo necesario y seguro, la atención del host siempre adecuada y pendiente de las necesitades Sin duda volveremos :)

Can’t recommend highly enough. Property was great. Apartment decorated with regional art and very clean. Pool so nice in hot weather! Kids swam every afternoon. Met other interesting international guests during our month long stay. Alicia responded to any questions we had within an hour. Property is close to bus that goes downtown and to eating establishments, OXXO, bank, beer store. Property felt very secure and it was very quiet considering that Merida is a large city. We would definitely return.
