Eloise we loved your beautiful home! As a large group ( group of 7 adults) it was perfect. We planned a very special celebratory holiday with our grown children and staying in your home was absolutely perfect! The amenities were ample, the location so close to the tube was helpful and the neighborhood was charming! Your esthetic was fantastic! We had great time in this spacious house. Perfect location, walking distance to multiple stations. Recommending to visit Black Horse, where you can get delicious meals and beers. Overall amazing experience, also thanks to the friendly and always responsive host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the house was absolutely fabulous. It was extremely spacious, immaculately clean and very modern and was well equipped with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were tastefully decorated and each bedroom had a fan which was a godsend as it was a hot weekend. The en-suite bathroom was wonderfully spacious with the most amazing shower. It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony in the sunshine on an evening and have the bifold doors open in the kitchen for breakfast. All in all it was the perfect place to get together with friends and I would highly recommend Coco’s house. Just a minor suggestion, maybe one of the bedrooms would benefit from being a twin rather than a double but this didn’t detract from us having a fantastic stay. Thank you!

I stayed at Vanda's beautiful home with a group of women for a week in August 2023. Everyone loved the home--it was perfect for our group in every way. First, it was beautiful and exceptionally clean. We felt at home immediately. Second, the garden was absolutely lovely, and we enjoyed spending time outside each day. Third, the house is in a perfect location with proximity to lots of wonderful restaurants (we especially enjoyed The Kings Arms, The Muted Swan, and Le Petit Nantais, all within walking distance) as well as the train into London. Vanda herself was a delightful host. She was great at answering my questions and getting back to me in a timely manner. She left lots of detailed instructions for us, as well as plenty of local recommendations of things to do. I highly recommend staying here with your family or group.

Anton and his team are reliable and responsive which gives me a lot of confidence booking with them. We had a little hiccup in the beginning due to original home issues however was quickly managed by Anton by finding me an equivalent place which suits my booking preference and eased my worries. The alternative 4 bedrooms home we stayed was very nice and modern, accomodated well for the 8 of us. We were welcomed to the home eventhough we had a really late check in due to flight delays and we were showed around the home so that we were familiar with everything in the home. We were even started off with basic food in the fridge. The home was 10mins walk to main road which had plenty of restaurants to choose from and groceries stores to get our groceries and supplies. Overall I would truly recommend Anton and his team’s services and would be happy to book with them again in the future. Thank you Anton & Team!!!

Lovely house, clean, spacious, and ideal for our extended family staying. Great central location for seeing London and the Mercato Metropolitano was a fantastic place to eat and drink.

Lovely get away in central London location. Lots of space and very quiet and peaceful. Super clean and a very friendly and informative host.

We loved staying here- felt like home. This had all the special little personal touches that felt like they cared- from making the kiddos feel so happy upon arrival and fuzzy blankets and everything else we could need, we will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I loved staying at Caroline’s house. It is a beautiful home in a lovey part of Clapham. The property was just like the photos and description. Caroline was the best host - very amenable, friendly and responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Large open living room, great for entertaining our entire family. Huge kitchen with plenty of utensils/etc. Large, clean full bathrooms. Bedrooms very comfortable! Highly recommend!

We stayed at this property over the Christmas week to visit family. We needed a home with 4 bedrooms, and this was perfect for our needs. The bedding was pristine, and the house clean and tidy. The communication with Charlie was excellent. If circumstances arise we would definitely come back.

5* across the board. Lovely house with amazing hospitality from Louise. Brilliant communication beforehand and during our stay, Louise was always on hand to answer any questions. House is equipped with all of the essentials and is perfect for gatherings and parties. It was the perfect place for my friends hen weekend. The alpacas and horses also were lovely to look at!

The house is wonderful for its age, character and history. We really appreciated the library and all the quirks and general history of the house itself. Some of us went on a quick trip to All Saints Church cemetery in Edmonton to see Charles and Mary Lamb's graves ... because the house provoked an interest to see and know more. It has many quirks - but these are so well explained by the hosts - so you know about them before you come. The character and joy of the house totally made up for the quirks. Size was great - for our family group of 7 it was ideal - plenty of space to eat and hang out and individual nooks and crannies where people could do their own thing.

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas with the in-laws. Matt was very responsive and helpful before the booking and throughout. The house is lovely and even nicer than the photographs. The communal space is spacious and well set out. It was very cosy and ideal for hosting the family. We couldn’t recommend more highly!

I visited Jenny and Sam’s place with my 2 teenage sons and we’ve all had the best week ever! We can’t thank Jenny and her family enough for sharing their lovely home with us. The house was beautiful, really felt like home and Jenny was a fantastic host, who kept in touch all the time. The pool and garden were a real treat and the location was perfect with easy access to so many great places. We all agreed that we’d love to stay there again and would 100% recommend this fabulous place and lovely hosts. Thank you again for the best summer holiday from us all, Amelia and family😊👍❤️

Had a lovely stay at this barn, spent a night there for my friends hen do. Ema-Louise was really nice and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Ema-Louise even brought round one of her horses for a photo shoot with the bride-to-be who is obsessed with horses. The swimming pool is amazing, with plenty of sun loungers to use to relax around the pool. All-in-All, absolutely perfect place to stay and we will look to book again at some point.

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

I had a wonderful stay at Leon’s place! The house was exactly as described if not better — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Check-in was seamless, and Leon was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay. The location was perfect — I especially appreciated the hospitality and providing us with snacks for arrival. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Knebworth. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Thank you Sabreena. We had an amazing time in Forest Hill. It was the perfect mix of city and rest and relaxation. It is a really easy walk to the station to get into central London. However the local restaurants are also really good. The house is so spacious, with comfy beds and a great shower. The parking space was also a real plus for the area. Thank you Sabreena for being a great host! We will definitely be back.

We booked this place last minute, but it turned out to be a great choice. A large property that amply accommodated our group.

There were 2 families, 8 total people. 4 bedrooms. Huge kitchen with seating area. Beautiful backyard and pool house. We even discovered the neighbors cat Fudge! Only downside was running out of hot water.

Veronica and husband were great when i arrived for check in and then on hand if needed (which was hardly needed) gave me an excellent recommendation for a local walk which was brilliant. accomodation had so much character and was perfect for what we wanted it for.
