The house was beautifully decorated and pristine. Host was very helpful and responsive.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I chose this house for our 3 generation family group because the are Reviews seemed so good and the photos were enticing. It lived up to expectations! It is a really lovely, spacious house for 10. Very well furnished and v comfy beds. Everything looked clean and fresh. The kitchen / dining area is especially good and well thought out. The outside playroom with children’s games and extra toys was a real bonus. Our children loved playing in the garden. The area is lovely and Birdham quiet. We had a great afternoon on the amazing beach at West Wittering. We all said it would be lovely to return again.

A lovely coach house. Perfect for visiting Southampton . Renata is a lovely host. The place is absolutely spotless and is in a quiet location. We would definitely recommend.

staying here was a great experience. the property is in an excellent location. The little touches made all the difference with things like bin bags and dishwasher tablets provided, great bedding, fluffy towels, it was all excellent and well worth the price. Sarah was responsive when I initially contacted her about check in and the whole air BnB experience was great. highly recommend!

great house just by the beach in Selsey. big enough to comfortable fit 2 families (we were 4 adults, 4 kids and the house was perfect for us). the house was clean and Rosie left so.e basic supplies for us (milk, bread, sweets) which was lovely. the grades is big, and nicely done, the house has everything you need for a weekend or even a week. the house is located approx 10 min walk to a pub, ans town is walkable distance as well. thank you Rosie!

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Beautiful sea views with outside furniture to enjoy the sun. Very well appointed flat, tastefully decorated. Very comfortable and clean. Friendly and responsive host. Clear instructions left inside the flat. The flat is at the end of a street which will remain closed for some time. It is great for parking as the restrictions are lifted and you can park right outside. However it is a longer walk to the city centre. The route to the sea front is unaffected. I would greatly recommend.

Excellent accommodation and exactly what we needed to be in the centre of Shanklin. Terry the owner was an excellent host and always contactable via email. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Isle of Wight.

We had a wonderful stay at The Tides it lived up to everything it was portrayed to be. Melanie and Deborah were extremely helpful and everything was left in immaculate condition and extremely clean and tidy. Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

This was my second stay at John's lovely quiet and spacious flat used as a base whilst visiting my family in Southsea. The location is ideal, together with the designated parking space on site which is a rarity in Southsea. John's lemon drizzle cake, bread and other groceries such as eggs, milk and homemade marmalade were much appreciated after a long journey. There is also a very convenient Coop just around the corner which is open until late.

It’s a nice apartment that is 2 mins walk from Sandown Pier. Mark and Veronica are nice friendly hosts and are very responsive. Parking on the street might get tricky during busy times but then you get access to a parking space in a nearby hotel (which I didn’t use so no comment on that). Thanks

Amazing stay at this clean, well-maintained apartment with breathtaking sea views in Bognor Regis. The host was very thoughtful and responsive, and waking up to the sound of waves was magical. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Wir benötigten eine größere Unterkunft als üblich in Southsea, um etwas mehr Komfort zu haben. Die Wohnung liegt genau in unserem bevorzugten Bereich in Southsea. Von hier aus bist du umgehend im Park und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand sowie Pubs, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Es gibt keinen privaten Parkplatz, aber Soraya stellt Parkscheine zur Verfügung und es ist immer möglich, in der Nähe etwas zu finden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Küche für unsere Zwecke sehr gut nutzbar. Wünschenswert wäre mehr Besteck, um nicht täglich die Spülmaschine nutzen zu müssen. Großer Fernseher, toller englischer Erker mit Blick auf Southsea Common und die Kneipenstraße. Dennoch nicht unangenehm laut, die Fenster sind gut gedämmt. Ausreichend Sitzmöbel. Das Sofa ist etwas durchgesessen und die Matratze im Bett sehr hart, aber dies ist wohl eher ein persönliches Empfinden. Soraya war immer blitzschnell zu erreichen und sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen

this house is in a great location, directly opposite to the pier with a co-op round the corner. the kitchen is well equipped, bathroom with good water pressure and the garden gets full sun all afternoon and evening. we didn't have problems with parking but also we didnt really move the car once we parked it as its close to everything and we didnt feel we needed to go anywhere else.

Lovely bright and clean flat in a fantastic location, with beach and local shops near by. Leo and Laura are great hosts, really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Rock pools is a superb flat for a holiday in Seaview. A stone’s throw from the beach and a lovely sea wall walk into the village and cafes of Seaview. Flat is so well equipped for a small family or as we were an elderly mum and daughter visiting family. I would thoroughly recommend staying here in this lovely bright, clean and spacious flat with all mod cons for a holiday needed and finished to a high quality. Katie is so friendly and responsive to all queries and a great host! Many thanks .

Excellent with kitchen supplied with basics, which were not expected. Spacious facility. Towels, linen, bedding all excellent. Easy to get to Portsmouth tourism highlights and in a quiet neighbourhood.
