Great place to stay—clean, comfortable, and just as described

Ryuji’s place was perfect for our family of 4. The extra amenities such as curling iron, flat iron and hair dryer was such a nice gesture. We loved the spacious place to come back and relax after a long day of touring Tokyo. The neighborhood is beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Accomodation was as presented in the listing. It was a great stay within a walking distance of two different metro stations.

位置非常方便，鄰近仲御徒町及御徒町站。 民宿跟圖片大致相同，民宿內的廚房用具設備齊全，不過當中火鍋用的鍋子好像用不到電磁爐，最後用了另一個煎鑊代替。 美中不足是大廈內沒有升降機，但實際上只有十多級梯級，尚可接受。 我們這幾天也住得很愉快。

The description and pictures were accurate. I traveled with my son and his 2 friends. We booked our stay for the first nights in Tokyo and were completely happy with how clean this apartment was. The location was perfect! Only a short 7 minute walk to the train station, restaurants, and shops. The kitchen and bathroom was equipped with essentials and the balcony was a wonderful place for us to sit and talk together. Thank you for hosting us!!

Great place to stay even though it's a ways from main attractions in Tokyo. Easy access to train and in such a great little neighborhood. I ran every morning and there is a great running trail about a mile away. Submerse yourself in the culture and walk the area. So enjoyable!

この度はありがとうございました。とても清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。駅も近くコンビニも徒歩圏内でとてもいい立地でした。 ただ、キッチン用品が少ないと感じました。フライパンやお皿、割り箸ではないお箸等、もう少し増やしてもいいのではと思いました。

The host try his best to communicate well and help us with luggage since it was rainning, despite his senior age he is still very energetic and try the best of tech by using translator to communicate with us. The house look exactly like photo, easy to find, great neighboorhood, near by aeon and some local market. Great place!

The property was excellent for our needs. We were at a conference near Chiba for some of the stay, amd visiting Tokyo sights the rest. This property was between the two and was super spacious for our 5 person stay. Everything was very good, clean and tidy, with many spare items such as bin bags, toilet rolls and toiletries. it was 2 minutes walk to excellent convenience stores and other shopping. Communication with the host was so easy and helpful. She answered messages within minutes, and was flexible when we wanted to extend our stay. All the beds were comfortable and the 2 toilets were important for our group size. The washing machine and drying racks meant we did not need to use the nearby laundromat. All really good, would recommend.

Great house on 3 levels on a Japanese style with a modern touch. Great location on a residential street , quiet , but at walkable distance from the gardens / water .

A great house for 4x adults occupying 3x bedrooms, near train stations and easy access around tokyo and walking distance into Asakusa, would recommend.

Super convenient location! Stayed with wife, year old daughter and our parents. Koiwa JR station is nearby and we ate at Koiwa Firsta next door. Summit grocery had wagyu sets and sushi for food to bring back to the spot. As far as experience, the tatami mat room was fun to sleep in. It gives off such a slumber party vibe with plenty of romper space for our daughter. All rooms are upstairs and it looked like there was no other bathroom but our parents were pleasantly surprised by a toilet outside. If you’ve got lots of luggage, be prepared for a flight of stairs as 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The space was more than accommodating for all of us. Lina was also on top of correspondence, thanks Lina!

위치가 좋고 주요 관광지와 갈아타지 않고 갈수있어서 좋았습니다 체크인도 flexible했습니다 거의 만족했지만 빨래건조대와 간단한 식기구를 닦을수있는 수세미가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다

Thank you MKG Home for best hospitality, support and helpful. The unit is in so strategic location, near to many station (Daimon, Tamachi, Hamamatasucho, etc) and near a local supermarket which is cheaper than kombini (711,fami,lawson,etc).

Cet appartement est juste parfait. Il est super bien équipé, fonctionnel, lumineux et très spacieux ! Il est à quelques mètres de la Skytree et plusieurs stations. Je recommande ☺️ ! J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour.

Location was great, few minutes walk to train station and easy to go around the city. Mall located near the place as well.

まず部屋に入った時に窓から見える美しい海に感動しました！滞在中は私の好きな赤い色調のおしゃれなお部屋で静かに過ごすことができました。窓の外を見ながら写真を撮ったり、スケッチをしました。 夜はとても静かだったので十分な睡眠をとることができました。次の日は比較的暖かかったのでバルコニーで朝食をとりました。これが最高でした。 コンドミニアムの前には松林があり、また美しい花が咲き乱れていて周辺をカメラを持って散歩しました。とても貴重な時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！

if i could give 10 stars i would!!! this place was not only accommodating but exactly how the host listed & described it. loved how it was very close to the station and so many food/grocery stores nearby. house was super cute & was easy to navigate. 10/10 would definitely stay here again & recommend!

整體住下來蠻舒服的，空間足夠打開2個32吋行李箱，這點很方便，充電插頭很足夠 走路十分鐘可以到達晴空塔（下面有兩間超市）；往淺草寺方向走10分鐘有兩間Lawson; 電視櫃上還有一些裝潢木削，不過其他地方都很乾淨 廚房並未付調味料以及油，碗跟杯子數量偏少要煮東西的人多注意 對面是施工中的工地，但居住的這一週很安靜，並不會感到困擾
