Il est au premier etage. A' l'exterieur, au rez-de-chaussée, il y a des tables à usage collectif. Piscine chauffée jusqu'à 25 degrés en printemps et automne. A' coté de la proprieté il y a un restaurant (Osteria Uscio e Bottega), ouvert le soir, fermé le mercredi Il n'y a pas de transports en commun.
