Loved Roza's place. We enjoyed our little weekend gateway. Close to surfers and restaurants.

There’s no place like this. Custom architecture. Thoughtfully designed interior. It truly is an oasis for someone who prioritizes attention to detail and thoughtful design elements. 2 minute walk to the beach. 8 minute walk to a strip of incredible restaurants. Less touristy than Broadbeach. Communication with the host was effortless. A hidden reading nook/attic was a delightful and unexpected cherry on top.

Comfortable stay in a great location close to the beach. Fast and quick communication when needed. Would stay again :)

Very clean and tidy just as represented. Great access to beach only a few minutes walk. Very secure and private for our dogs as well. Would definitely stay again

The stay was so spacious and clean, I loved how the house smelt and the walk in wardrobe. We really loved how close the house was to shops in walking distance.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and the location is excellent as you are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.

We had a lovely stay. Very much enjoyed the tranquility and stunning view that is even better in real life. Hosts very friendly. The place was pristine and of high quality. Keep in mind only kitchen sink aside from bathroom is outside near spa. Keep lights low at night in warmer months otherwise so many flying bugs take over outdoors 😅 stunning spot and hope to stay again.

The accomodation is so amazing, beautiful with everything locally at our fingertips .. We sadly would only have one inside suggestion more comfortable seating in the lounge room not enough to all sit around for conversations and again for outside more outdoor seating, just a couple more pool noodles for adults to just float with would be amazing, all in all the host the property the experience was wonderful

Fantastic stay here. Hosts were tremendously helpful accommodating us at very late notice. Responsive and everything was in order and matched the descriptions and instructions. Lovely, clean place. Private location, but easy to get transport to the beach and reastaurants

Beautiful home. Loved being able to walk to get a coffee in the morning and to the beach in the afternoon. Immaculately clean. Comfy furniture.

This was a great affordable place for a family to stay and explore the Gold Coast. Everything is 20-30 minutes away, which is fine. We would go out exploring all day or to the Theme Parks and come back for a peaceful quiet swim and relax afterwards. It was great to be able to prepare our own food.

This was an amazing house in an ideal location, close to theme parks, restaurants, harbour town and has a beautiful pool. Lots of room for our family of 6 and Mel was an excellent host and communicated quickly, friendly and was really helpful. Although this is their home not a professional Air Bnb the house is very clean, inviting and clutter free when you arrive and doesn’t feel as though you are invading someone else’s space. Easy parking, entry and had everything we needed for a great 7 night stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home and we hope you felt assured we respected it and cared for it like our own. Bek, Melanie and kids.

place was very secure, which is great, but we initially had trouble finding the correct keys for the different gates and doors. Construction is going on next door- which we knew about,prior to booking, but it didn't bother us at all. It's a spacious home in a great location.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in the Gold Coast! The space was clean, beautifully maintained, and felt like a home away from home. What truly made the experience special were the incredible hosts — they were kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Their hospitality made all the difference and really added a personal touch. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Gold Coast. Thank you for such a memorable and relaxing stay!
