We loved this flat, it was spotlessly clean, really well equipped and in a fabulous location with great views. It has a homely, personal feel and our children loved the toys and games! The sandy beach is a short walk down the hill and we spent a lot of time here. It is quieter than the main beach in swanage, a perfect place for children. Great to have a parking space too. Highly recommended!

My mum and I had the most glorious weekend in Lyme Regis - and Guy’s hideaway was the perfect place to stay! Guy was totally charming, warm and welcoming - making us feel right at home (plus an array of breakfast things laid out for us and everything). The view overlooking the sea, at the end of the garden - where we sat with a bottle of fizz - is also better than any pub or bar you can find. We will be returning!

Very convenient location for our weekend in Bournemouth. The flat was very spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped and a treat to have two bathrooms between us. We managed to park on the street both evenings which was a bonus. We explored Kingston Lacy while we were there which we thoroughly recommend! Host was helpful and quick to respond.

We had a lovely stay in Caroline’s home! The location was excellent; so many places are within walking distance. Off- street parking was a definite plus. The home was comfy and had everything we needed. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Rachel’s apartment is beautiful. The facilities are excellent, it was spotlessly clean and fantastically located. A very short walk to the beach, with fantastic restaurants nearby. We had a fabulous time. Highly recommended.

A really fabulous apartment with incredible views over Lyme Regis. Christina was an amazing host and always on hand if needed. I have never stayed anywhere which had such comprehensive information provided on the apartment and the surrounding area. We would definitely come back.

Lovely clean flat on second floor with great sea views. "Tide" bar/restaurant on ground floor good spot for breakfast and drinks later, but closes before it becomes an issue for noise. Flat is clean, spacious and has everything you would need. Communication very good. Seaton was quiet in week before Easter, but apparently becomes more lively as the season gets going. Right on the South West Coastal path, we walked over to Beer for lunch, which was pleasant of hilly 40 minute stroll.

We really loved our long weekend away! Ideal location as everything was nearby, either by walking or short car journey. Cara was lovely and very responsive and nothing was too much. The property was very well equipped, and comfortable, beds were lovely 👍🏻 It’s tucked away and took a little finding but we arrived in the dark so didn’t help ourselves 😂 a what3words location maybe helpful? Just a suggestion 😊

Wonderful stay over Easter weekend, central location to explore and walkable to a friendly pub, The Red lion, very reasonable prices. The house was spotless and communication great.

We had a great break in Swanage, and loved staying at Rookery Cottage. The location is great, just 12-15 minutes from the town, beaches and steam railway. It’s on a main road but you don’t notice much noise once inside. The cottage is spotless and we wouldn’t change a thing, Katherine and Brian have thought of everything. They were really responsive in the run up to the holiday and helped with recommendations of places to go with our dog. They even left a lovely welcome pack with some dog biscuits which Tommy loved! Highly recommend this for a Swanage stay!

Beautiful clean bungalow with peaceful large garden. Very well equipped and within walking distance of park and town centre. We enjoyed the games, the settees so comfortable. Beds big and comfy and nice bathroom. We liked everything about it.

Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also ideal – close to everything, yet quiet enough to truly unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Perfect place for two people. Lovely location and within easy walk of the town and Sandfoot Castle. The place was well presented and had all you could want for a short to midterm stay. It’s was great to be able to park on site too!!!

We had a lovely couple of days stay here. The flat was immaculate and as described. Brilliant instructions of how to access the flat and where to find everything. Really kind extras which were a lovely surprise and just made the stay so much more special. We will definitely be back because of the lovely flat and the location of Corfe castle. Lovely apartment with everything needed for stay. Great views out to sea in a quiet area with garden furniture available. Bedroom is hugh with a sofa to enjoy the garden and view from inside. Very hilly walk to and from town but you can go via Ware road through a gate via the countryside to avoid road, very pleasant. Lots of places to eat and things to do. Took a drive to walk to Golden Cap amazing views and a good farm shop on drive back. Melanie was very helpful and would must definitely recommend staying at Green Tor.

Perfect host sent messages to explain entry and for checking out which were clear and friendly. We felt very welcomed with milk, tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival. The cottage had absolutely everything we needed and a great location to explore the local areas from.

We had a really lovely 2 night stay at Nicole's place. The space was as described and it was super clean. Really perfect location to access the beach and walk in either direction. Local pub and tesco express are also very convenient. Would definitely recommend and we'd come back in a heart beat!
