Nice basement conversion that they keep in good condition, bathroom is pretty compact but the bed is very comfortable and we had no issues whatsoever just using it as somewhere to come back to and get our heads down over the weekend. Great location within 20 mins walk of the city centre, lovely neighbourhood (with a great plant-based café called Green Routes a few minutes away, perfect for coffee or breakfast out). We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Oxford and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place. We were two couples who stayed in the Annex for a night. We were blessed with super weather so we saw it at its best, with lovely countryside views and the opportunity to eat our breakfast outside. The two separate rooms, each with en-suite and each with a small kitchen area suited us perfectly. The beds were comfortable, everything was super clean and there was plenty of space to park. A great spot a couple of miles from Malmesbury.

We had a restful stay. Easy to find and park. Pamela’s communication was excellent and we felt welcome and at home. The facilities were everything we needed and more. The area is lovely and there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. We very much hope to return next time we are in the area, and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent location -safe neighbourhood within easy walking distance of the train station and town centre and lovely local park. Off street parking, accommodation facilities as listed, comfy double bed. Great value for money.

We stayed for 2 nights to explore some of the different villages in the Cotswold. This place suited us perfectly. The studio was very easy to find, in a lovely little village and was nice and quiet throughout the day & night. Hosts were great, and the local recommendations in the welcome book was a nice touch. The kitchen was great too, had everything you needed if you did want to stay in. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Would definitely recommend! ⭐️

Radcot Lodge was so comfortable and cosy when my husband and I took my sister for a weekend in Oxfordshire. The space felt like a small home for the three of us and Lucinda was so kiind and generous. Everywhere was beautifully clean and the provisions supplied were ample! We will come again and I can highly recommend.

Charlotte und Jo haben uns herzlich begrüßt und jederzeit ihre Hilfe angeboten. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und optimal ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Ein riesen Angebot an Lebensmitteln hat uns erwartet. Die Frühstücksausstattung lässt sich mit einem Buffet im Hotel vergleichen (verschiedene Müsli, Milch, verschiedene Aufstriche, Eier, Brot, Obst, Kekse) Wir haben noch nie so ein Angebot un einer FeWo erlebt. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

What a peaceful place with stunning views and Winchcombe is a lovely little town within easy walking distance 💗 Sandra is a fabulous host - the thoughtful and personal touch in this cosy annex makes all the difference - we shall be back 🤗

Lovely room, just what you need when you are working away

We adored staying with Rosamond and Maarten. Everything was prestine and comfortable with a really cosy feel. If anything we wanted to stay longer! Easy walking distance to the centre of town and she really helped us out with an early check in and options to leave the car after check out. Will definitely be rebooking when we're back in Stratford

A fantastic find. Lovely house, fantastic garden and friendly host. Easily walkable to the University and I imagine to the cricket at Edgbaston

We loved our stay with Tori. We instantly felt welcome and right at home. The place itself is decorated so nicely that it feels like a home away from home. It was very dog friendly, we felt very secure letting our dogs roam around in the garden. There was an abundance of recommendations of pubs and places to go so we didn’t have to try and find things ourselves. The bed was super comfy, so much so that we now want a new mattress! We will 100% be staying here again!

We had the best time staying at the Annexe. It was really clean & cosy. The location was also great & just a short walk from the town centre, which we had 2 amazing meals during our 2 night stay. Dale really went above & beyond to make sure we felt at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We had an absolutely fabulous few days staying here. The location was perfect as was the accommodation. Beautiful peaceful village with excellent walks to the surrounding villages. The studio was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well equipped. Everything you needed was available and more. Lovely outdoor area with comfortable rattan style dining table and chairs. Andrew met us upon arrival, very welcoming with helpful information, nothing would have been too much trouble if we needed anything during our stay.

What a really wonderful place to stay, it was clean, tidy and well thought out. We had three very comfortable nights at the Antlers, cosy but has everything you could possibly need. The hosts couldn’t have been any more accommodating, even looking after our dog while we attended our son’s wedding, treating him as good as if he was their own dog. There are plenty of walking opportunities from the accommodation and the pub is also just a short walk away. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay.

Lovely weekend at the Loft cottage. Beautiful location surrounded by nature, with very nice walks at a short distance, which is great as we had our dog with us. 5 mins away from cozy little village of Lechlade, with some nice pubs. Despite having a main road right behind, it was very quiet during the night. Good communication with the hosts and very easy check-in/out. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would consider it again for the future.

Penny was so kind and helpful from start to finish. The apartment is not that easy to find as you're driving along as it's quite a busy road - I pulled down a side road and walked back to locate it, then moved my car. A car parking space is available to pre-book. There were very clear instructions on how to access the property. I struggled a bit with the key safe but that's because I'm a numpty, and Penny answered my plea for help promptly. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and matched the description perfectly. All essential items provided in a well thought-out compact space. My only niggle was the connecting door to adjacent space made me feel a bit unsafe - maybe some reassuring/explanatory signage might help? Otherwise a great place to stay only 10-15 mins walk from centre of Rugby.

Hilary and Jamie are wonderful hosts. We felt so welcome and at home at their place. The space is comfortable and charming and set in such beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, right by the long walk and close to Windsor Castle and many great restaurants. We would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

A perfect place to retreat to and take it easy. Great communication and instructions, especially when I was having issues with Airbnb all! Very grateful for the fridge items and tea,coffee. Thanks so much!

Megan was lovely, you couldn’t ask for a better host. She was on hand if needed but gave us privacy and didn’t intrude. The snug was exactly as described and was perfectly located for our stay Goring was so picturesque, the pictures didn’t do it justice There are footpaths everywhere for lovely walks along the Thames Would definitely recommend staying in Goring at The snug

Wonderful studio for a holiday in the Cotswolds area! Karen was very friendly and helpful, definitley recommend it.

Lovely place, and really clean. Having the balcony, and the space around were wonderful. Zara was always responsive and helpful when we needed help with something.

Richard was very accommodating…great with communication..and his place was great …would definitely stay there again
