This traditional farmhouse is located in farmland in Plakoto, Sifnos. It has a small kitchen, modern bathroom with shower, and a terrace with beautiful unobstructed panoramic views of the countryside, sea, and other ilsands. The house is a simple studio but has the necessary modern conveniences and is very private. It accommodates two people comfortably. Sea & Sand is located in Herronissos, a picturesque coastal settlement at the northernmost point of the island. It consists of two double rooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a WC. It has a yard literally in front of the sea, which makes it an ideal choice for hosting a family with children. In the neighborhood there is a restaurant, a fish tavern, as well as a grocery store for the supply of all the necessary items that will be needed during the stay.

Πρόκειται για μία ιδιαίτερα ευνοϊκή τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι από τα μοναδικά σημεία του νησιού που δεν πιάνουν σχεδόν καθόλου τα μελτέμια. This house is equipped with a fully working AC, a double bed, a fully furnished kitchen, one bathroom, satellite internet, and a yard with a wonderful view over the sea. All of our studios are a walk away from the beach, share two outside showers, and have access to two small piers at the cliffside where you can enjoy a nice swim right under your living quarters.
