It was. a great place, close to the airport. I had a pleasant stay at the place. It is a gated community so the security was very friendly, and did not have any problem with any help. The facility was great. Rooms have AC and other facilities as listed. The kitchen was small but OK to cook the breakfast. Over all experience was very good.

I'd visited Dileep's property with my parents for our vacation. The place was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The area is well connected, offering guests privacy and a backwater view. The property is well-connected, with restaurants nearby. Our Uber was able to find us easily without any added instructions from our end. The place was clean, quiet, and worth a visit!

it's a very neat and clean stay.. Host also very humble and helpful. if you are looking for a stay in the city side but it should be peaceful then definitely go for it. you can find lot of restaurants near to this property. overall we had a great experience here.

We were a family of 6 staying at Abhilash’s place and had a very good experience - the apartment is huge, very well done, and extremely comfortable for a family our size. Both Abhilash and Varsha were very responsive as hosts and proactive in their communication with us. They were able to help with whatever we needed and quick to resolve any issue. We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. Nancy, the housekeeper, was incredibly kind and helpful—she even cooked us a delicious meal! The coffee was excellent, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations.
