We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Martha is an amazing host — incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Communication was smooth and warm from start to finish. We absolutely loved our experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended — you won’t regret it!

The accommodations were very comfortable. Nice roomy shower for my husband. Kitchen has all utensils needed to cook a full meal. Covered parking was nice, especially in the winter. Walk ways shoveled and salted. Thank you, Missy!

The apartment in center of town was easy to find, very walkable to stores and cafes on the main streets of Norwich. Overnight electric charging was very helpful right in their parking lot. Clean, spacious and true to the photos, the place was an easy in and out, with a very responsive host. Thank you, Missy!

Loved the place as it was very clean and as convenient as you can get for the area. Multiple restaurants and laundry mat are within walking distance and a large grocery store and Walgreens is within a 10-15 min drive. Back staircase is a little narrow with shallow steps so do recommend using the front for moving luggage around. Candes was very responsive and was able to get us in on fairly short notice. I'm fairly certain she lives locally which is a huge bonus and she was able to show us how the heating system works. Overall it was super cozy apartment and had a vibe similar to visiting your your grandparents place. Would love to stay here again when we're back in the area.

We needed a place to stay when we visited family. It was just what we needed; cozy, clean, plenty big enough for 3 of us but compact too. Located right in town it was convenient for grabbing food and supplies and very comfortable to come back to after a busy day.

Only there for a quick over-nite stay for a memorial for a friend. Ann and Frank built this Air b'n'b purposefully into the lower level of their home when they built it. The apartment is spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. Step out the door to the view of the pond and beautiful countryside. 10 minute drive to quaint county seat of Norwich , NY. with restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, etc. Easy drives to Cooperstown baseball Hall of Fame or Ithaca (Finger Lakes, Cornell University.) We lived in the area for 30 years before moving south to be closer to our grandchildren. It was nice to be "home."

My husband and I had a pleasant stay, the apartment was cozy and clean, roomy enough for us. We were challenged with tech navigation with the TV. We got an immediate response from Missy. After trying to troubleshoot over the phone, she came in person and solved the problem. We have been happy with our stays, at Missy's.

We had a wonderful stay at Signature Quilt B&B. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the snacks and breakfast were just what we needed. Cheri had delicious muffins waiting for us and was quick to respond at anytime. Cheri’s B&B is by far the best deal in the area. We will definitely be back.

Marty is a lovely person. Norwich is a beautiful town. If you are new to the area, be aware of the lake effect and how cold and snowy it gets and how to dress, drive, and live accordingly. The house is beautiful and cozy. The village is walkable- even in 10 degree weather, with daily snow, I found it easy to walk to the pharmacy, pub, mechanic, hospital, and cafes as often as I wanted. If you don’t buy too much, you can also walk to the Grand Union grocery store as much as you like. The area is historic and you’re surrounded by mansions. The region has Amish villages, quaint hillsides, lots of waterfalls and hiking, and it’s scenic any time of the year. It looks like a postcard at Christmas. Marty is very responsive and the neighbors and residents are friendly. It seems that everyone knows each other

I am leaving Missy and Chris’ Airbnb thoroughly impressed. I stayed at the apartment for about a month and Missy and Chris took every opportunity to make me feel safe and comfortable in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had every possible accommodation one could need. Missy graciously left local goodies at my door after I spent a weekend out of town. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chenango, whether it’s for a weekend or a month. Missy and Chris are very professional, accommodating and I cannot thank them enough.
