What an amazing place Natasha has here! Located in a small village with beautiful surroundings and peaceful at night, so easily can sleep well. The place had everything that is needed, was lucky to have the sunny weather so could relax in the garden when the sun was blazing! There’s a big bath with jets in the en-suite from the main bedroom, words can’t describe how perfect that bath was! If the weather is bad, there is plenty of entertainment inside the place with the multiple TV rooms which works really well, there are also books to read too. There aren’t many places to eat out around the area, however supermarkets are close by and the kitchen here is brilliant! All the essentials plus more to cook delicious homemade dishes! Natasha was helpful during our stay and made sure everything was going according to our plans Would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the areas as there’s so much scenery there or even just to have a small break, this place is fantastic!

Amazing house with a massive drive. House seemed bigger than it looked in the photos. Lots of room for our three generation family to spread out (especially loved having 2 lounges), and having an en-suite on each bedroom was heaven. Beautiful garden, and we were lucky enough to have the weather for drinks on the patio every day except one! Hot tub was used daily, and nice to lay back and watch the stars. You can walk to Poole park in just a few minutes, and it was about the same again to get into Poole centre. We didn't try out the local pubs, but did utilise the Indian Takeaway one night which was really good. Nice to have cleaning materials, full size iron and ironing board, soap at every sink, washing up things including cloths and dishwasher tablets. Was surprised that there was shower gel, shampoo & conditioner in every shower too. The only tiny negatives were that all of us found the mattresses too soft, and as we cooked every night, we could have done with more pots & pans.

We stayed here for a hen party and my expectations were well passed! The place felt so homely and welcoming and was beautifully decorated. The hot tub was a big highlight and felt so clean! The hosts were easy to contact and made it a very easy booking and stay. Thank you so much, we had a fab time and the bride is so happy!!!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Anna’s place with our 6 month old and 4 year old children. The house was spacious, stylish and well equipped. My 4 year old loved playing with the duplo, dolls house, trampoline, football and books. It made the world of difference to have her entertained. There are lots of nice coffee places and restaurants nearby and, of course, the beautiful Southbourne beach which we visited every day. We would love to go back and highly recommend to other families.

I stayed at this property with my family and easily one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in terms of comfort, location, surroundings, hospitality, communication from host. The hosts are gem of people who are very thoughtful in providing amenities and services to their guests. They had complementary welcome kit and had two pages with instructions to use listed amenities of the house as well as local grocery and food recommendation. I always had very proactive and positive conversations with Laura and Mike. I would recommend this airbnb to family (esp with kids) and friends. It is so relaxing that you can just relax and bbq in the backyard.

We had a lovely stay at Waddle, stunning and peaceful location, beautiful home with lovely soft furnishings and ornaments, impeccably presented and welcome gifts, which was a lovely touch. Hot tub was lovely but very, very hot so worth taking lid off a couple of hours before you get in. Only small grumbles, the key safe box is very hard to get into so took me 10mins as tricky with long nails and there are no curtains, just blinds, so the lights shone in the bedroom all night from around the lake and from 4am, the room was very bright with daylight! Being a dark room sleeper, I was up all night but luckily my sister lent me an eye mask the 2nd night! Howevr, our stay was amazing and the hosts are lovely, so look forward to booking again next year!

Fantastic !!! Booked this home as part of my wifes 70th birthday celebrations for 6 adults and 3 grandchildren aged 3,6 & 9. Tracy met us on arrival to show us around this wonderful house and pass on everything we needed to know. The house in real life is better than the photos. It is so spacious and as my granddaughter said Tracy has thought of everything there is so much for us to do. Tracy also left us a lovely home made cake. The kitchen was a great communal place with a 10 seater table overlooking the amazing outdoor space via two sets of patio doors. A great way to start the day. All rooms were a good size. Outdoors there is a beautiful large garden with a trampoline for the kids, a gas bbq for the adults a barn with a table tennis table and a host of toys and ride on vehicles for the little ones. Go through the gap at the end of the garden to the very popular tree house Nobody wanted to leave after a fantastic couple of days. This is a great house.

We had such a great stay at Celia’s home—it really suited our whole family, from grandparents in their 70s to the grandchild who is 4. The house was super clean, cosy, and really well thought out. There were toys and games that kept my son busy, and the space was easy for everyone to have their own space when needed, which made a big difference for us. It just felt like everything had been considered. The location was great too. There’s a lovely little park just a short walk away, which was perfect for morning strolls. The town centre is a bit further, but still walkable if you’re up for it—and if not, it’s a quick drive. Lots of restaurants nearby with a wide range of choices, so everyone found something they liked. The beachfront is also a longer walk, but easy to drive to and parking was no problem at all. It was a lovely place to stay—comfortable, family-friendly, and in a great spot. Exactly how it has been described by other reviews and photos. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful couple of days in the annexe which was surrounded by absolutely beautiful countryside. The accommodation was exactly as described. Carol and Derek were perfect hosts.

This is as our second time staying at Elizabeth’s place (first time in the flat upstairs which has 3 bedrooms). It is very close to where our son and family live, which is great and has everything we needed to have our 2 granddaughters over for a couple of sleepovers. They had a lovely time and enjoyed playing on the trampoline and swings in the garden. The flat itself is beautifully clean and well kitted out. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Liz.

This is a great apartment with all the facilities anyone could need for a short break or longer stay. The quality of finishes, furniture and equipment is a exceptional and well cared for by Ian. Ian is great host clearly passionate about the apartment and ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay with helpful tips on what to do and where to go. The location is easy to find and only a short walk to Bath city centre with other local shops and amenities nearby.

Staying at this place was nice: the flat is very cosy, well-furnished, location is marvellous, just few minutes away from the seashore and city centre, though quite enough. All the amenities, incl. washing machine and dishwasher, are at place. In this regard, the flat is suitable for both - short-term and long-term stays (I did the latter and enjoyed it a lot). There could be some complexities with general cleaning (since it's optional and not very cheap), though the hosts are able to accommodate you (by providing e.g. clean bed linen on request). The hosts are responsive and open to help with and advise on anything, which is an additional plus!

The apartment is modern, comfortable and well appointed with wonderful views of the coast and sea. It is a perfect base for exploring the local area with lovely walks on the doorstep. Brian is a lovely host, easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Lovely space between the city and the Bay, an ideal flat for a group of up to 4. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to my daughter’s illness but wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we try again! Hosts had clear entry instructions and great comms.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful long weekend at Michelle’s apartment. Everything was spotless. It’s very well equipped, very comfortable and even more spacious than the photos show. The location is ideal - lots to see and explore in the area and easy walking distance to Poole Quay as well as Hamworthy itself. Communication was excellent and directions were very clear, however, on the day we arrived the path to the steps was all cordoned off by the builders so it took us a while to work out how to get in - Michelle wasn’t to know that. We eventually found our way round via the beach gate. We’d love to return next year and can highly recommend the apartment. Thank you.

Great little flat with a perfect view. Had everything we needed in the kitchen -we managed to cook a roast dinner at home one night. The sunsets are so beautiful to watch from the warmth and comfort of the lounge. Sue is fab and theres enough places to eat nearby if you want to go out.

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Had a designated parking spot which was very handy. Lovely outdoor area and secure and safe. Photos were exact to what was excepted. Tony was quick at answering the phone when needed. Lovely place and feels like home. Perfect for our one night stay. Walking distance to what we needed. Was perfect.

Kelly & Scott's Coast house is a great property and they are great hosts, all their recommendations were amazing 😍 The property is decorated with detail and has a charming presence giving you the old world charm with all the facilities. The location is great to explore the south of England, we used it as a base to drive through the Jurassic Coast and explore the small towns around it. The location of the property is great too as there are a number of walks along with very good restaurants, cafes and coffee shops in the area making it ideal to relax and take a stroll Also Kelly and Scott are very helpful making the entire experience pleasant.

Perfect place to stay with my elderly parents for some house hunting in Seaton. Walkable to Local shops and restaurants, disabled parking almost right outside with no time limit. Helen also organised a parking permit for the local handy parking which I used too. The living space was open plan and very comfortable. Helen provided some milk and other extras which was kind and super useful. The bedrooms were pretty and nicely done and there was a lovely hot shower. Helen was super helpful.
