BearHaven is nestled in a groove of majestic towering white pines amidst a variety of hardwoods, native mountain laurel and rhododendrons. This charming two-bedroom, two bathroom cottage is tastefully crafted from vintage pine has a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen and multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas. The 500 square foot screened in Veranda is the cottages "crown jewel". Just minutes to downtown and only a mile to Glenn Falls. The Fire Pit is a must see and enjoy!

Brookside Cottage

Brookside cottage is newly renovated and surrounded by forest in the mountains of western North Carolina. A mountain stream descends in front of the cottage providing an restful water feature. Located in Transylvania county between Brevard and Cashiers, the area is named the “Land of Waterfalls”. Supplies (food, drink, etc.) are available 2 miles from cottage. Caution to low riding cars/sports cars: the last half mile to this cottage is a gravel road and must ford a small stream.

The bathroom features a tile shower. You will love the main room with the entire back wall of windows. Adult size bunk beds are perfect for napping or reading or for any extra guest. The kitchen has all the major appliances for that dinner in. Enjoy the view of the mountains from your private deck.

Sleep in a king size bed wrapped in cool cotton linens, a towel warmer, soaking tub with TV, & a breville espresso maker. Located w/i 10 minutes of many restaurants. Less than 20 min. to downtown Anderson Pendleton or Clemson. This prime location on lake Hartwell is a 10 minute boat ride to Portman Shoals Marina, the Galley restaurant, & Green Pond Landing.

This cottage is a private home on Cashiers Lake; walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars, minutes to golf courses, hiking trails and trout fishing, the perfect year round get-a-way with a key location and utmost charm. To all of our guests for 2024- FYI : The private lake that is the back drop to our house will be empty all year due to the owner’s development. Rain will allow it to look full at times.
