Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich mit anschließendem Balkon, eine separate Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung wird komplett ausgestattet vermietet für die Zeit, wo ich nicht in Berlin bin. Sie wird sonst von mir selbst bewohnt und enthält daher alles, was man braucht - Utensilien, Gewürze, Öle, Waschmittel, ...

The space lies on the ground floor by a side street. So, please mind that it could get a bit noisy at times.
