PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The sailboat access canal is only 300 yards from the Peace River and the dock is powered 110V. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large open area in front of the house.

We have finally re-opened! After 2 hurricanes in 2024, we have completely renovated every unit. Everything is new again in this 1955 Historic Inn on Charlotte Harbor. The units are a cozy 325 sq. ft. with a living area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and a full kitchenette. The Sunset Inn is located on Bayshore Rd in Charlotte Harbor, walking distance to the new Sunseeker Resort. The sunsets are stunning!
