A unique old-school cottage located right on the Bear River and Petoskey's newly developed Bear River park and trail. A one-mile meandering walk, over the river and through the woods will take you to downtown Petoskey and Lake Michigan. Along the riverwalk in the opposite direction is a skate park and running track. Also close to shopping plazas and a robust downtown shopping district. The house is dog friendly with a fenced in yard and has three porches to look out over the the river valley.

Boyne Mountain is nearby for skiing. Snowmobile/cc ski right from the cottage. Ice fish Lake Charlevoix or shop downtown. Vintage bowling alley, coffee shop and restaurants are walkable. This is a very newly renovated property with a colorful fun unique cottage feel. We hope you enjoy this house as much as we do :)

There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
