My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was great. Short walk to the beach was very nice. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and private. We would definitely stay there again. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a lovely stay! With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there was lots of space for 8 adults to be comfortable. The pool was used everyday and the house had everything we needed. There was a bit of an issue with the pool when we arrived but was promptly looked after the following morning. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone visiting beautiful Charleston!

We had a great stay here! The location was so perfect and walkable to King Street. There’s a bagel shop on the block we went to Holey City bagels every morning. The hosts were always quick to respond and helpful. The house itself had plenty of room for our group of 9. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Loved the area! We were only 10 mins away from the closest Walmart! Also cute coffee shop right down the road. Only 15 mins from downtown Charleston and 18 mins from folly beach. Very spacious and open. Was exactly what we were looking for.

Michael and Erica have a beautiful home. They definitely were a pleasure to work with. Everything in the house was pristine. The driveway was narrow, but between the garage set up and the driveway we were able to fit 5 good size vehicles without parking on the street. There are a lot of stairs. An elevator would be very beneficial for older people and for unloading and loading luggage. Even without the elevator, I would stay there again!

Allison made for a fantastic stay. Easy? proactive instructions made check-in a breeze. A clean, central place to stay in Wild Dunes!

One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had no doubt! The host is amazing and they go out of their way to make your stay at their home as comfortable and seamless as possible. They had homemade bread and a homemade quiche waiting for us! Even a hand written note inside their guest book specifically for us. They really care about the small details of sharing their home! This place is amazing! Even better than advertised. It's stocked with everything you need to keep a full house entertained on vacation, and access to the beach plus IOP restaurants/grocery/coffee is perfect. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the pool every afternoon. It's also pristine - clearly Nick has taken care of this property and there were no issues with anything at the house during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the accessibility to all that Charleston has to offer. Walked to plenty of fine dining in the neighborhood, including Southbound, The Grocery, and Fuel. There is a Publix that is a five-minute drive away. Uber's to downtown (market & King) were about 12 mins long and approx $8-10. There are plenty of people walking around the neighborhood, so it doesn't feel eery or anything. Some college students walking home later on in the night, from the establishments on King St. I would presume, but not obnoxious or anything like that. The house was super clean, easy to find, and had enough dishes and towels. The beds were SO comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, too! Communication was great and responsive.

Wow! Absolutely loved this house, and can’t say enough good things about it. Immaculate in every way. Location was great, and the yard to this home is awesome!

The hosts were wonderful and responsive. This was an excellent place for our family to spend the holiday weekend. The house was spacious and very clean. Great neighborhood!

We, four retired guys, were in town for a multi-day event at Patriots Point. Paula’s property is a short drive from there and close to shopping. We enjoyed meals at home, including grilling in the backyard, as we as in the general area, all short drives away. We met Paula on our first day, of six, as she allowed us to check in early while she was finalizing the house for our stay. 5 stars.

We absolutely loved this Mt Pleasant stay! The location was perfect for our group and we couldn’t have been happier with the space! Felt very safe.

This was the perfect space for my best friend’s bachelorette weekend! We were able to gather friends from across the country and Canada, enjoy the beautiful weather in the privacy of our own backyard and pool, and explore Charleston! The location allowed us to save money and have more room/time to enjoy the visit with everyone, and take advantage of some more local experiences. The house was so clean and well-stocked with toiletries and linens. Joseph was also very responsive, helpful, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this property for any group trip!

This property was situated in an amazing location on James Island. It was within walking distance of Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, & Walgreens making our mornings and shopping for last minute supplies very easy. The space was very clean and it looked exactly like the photos in the listing. When we ran into any issues, Rebekah was extremely responsive and ensured they were addressed promptly. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property!

The house was exactly what we needed for two families staying together with a teen and a toddler. The activities in the house were fun and then the pool outside allowed something for everyone. Steve was a great host and communicated with us quickly! We would stay here again if we were looking for a great place outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had the best girls weekend at Calvin’s home! He was very responsive and flexible letting us drop our bags off at the house ahead of check in. It was a great house and location - so close to the beach but also was great to have the pool option! IOP was a blast and the house was a semi far, but feasible walk to restaurants/bars. The house was great with many rooms to spread out and use during our stay. The only note is that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with any cooking essentials (olive oil, s&p, butter, condiments). Would highly recommend - we may even be back!

We stayed at The Gardenia House for a bachelorette trip and we absolutely LOVED it! We had 13 girls and there was plenty of room. Each room was spotless and it was such a beautiful home. We had a small mishap come up late at night and Michael was super quick to respond. We 100% recommend staying here, especially for a girls trip! Thank you, Michael!

Absolutely beautiful home in the heart of Edisto Beach! Easy access to the bike path, directly in front of the house. Short walk to the beach, approximately 5 minutes. The backyard is so dreamy with a pristine pool, oak trees and Spanish moss shading the area. We loved our visit and hope to return!
