We really enjoyed our stay at Alex's house. Everything was as-advertised, except that the listing suggested there was a pull-out sofa, which we were planning to use on our first night there. Fortunately, the sofa itself was wide enough for one person to sleep comfortably, and someone from Alex's team dropped off linens for it late in the evening. We really appreciated this quick response. Everything was clean and functional - the hot tub in particular was terrific and well loved by the kids during our stay. The patio is fenced in for great privacy, and the neighbors were very quiet. The neighborhood isn't really walkable to all that much, but we had a car and were happy to drive to restaurants/beaches/downtown. We'd happily stay here again.

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed this place as well as the hosts. They were present, but nonintrusive. It was great to pray with Neil before we checked out. We highly recommend this stay!!

This was the best experience we have ever had with Airbnb. House was perfect, exactly as described and spotless. Wheelchair accessibility is hard to find so that was a BIG part of us selecting this location. The back yard was well maintained, and the hot tub was clean. The neighborhood homes were not all as nice as her place but not at all off-putting. Very quiet. We were there almost a week and didn't see more than 2 or 3 people in the area. She was responsive and helpful when I asked a couple of questions. Loved the details she paid attention to - little additions that make a big difference when traveling - sweetener and cream for the coffee, enough paper towels and TP, etc. Location was close to city but beware of traffic - we did not realize how heavy it could be, and therefore, how long commute actually was.

Clean and comfortable! Shower had lots of power and ac worked great! Located in a cute area with lots of unique shopping and food options within minutes. Plus it’s a short drive to downtown Charleston which has many more options.

This is a great spot for an excellent value! Check in and out was seamless and the location is great.

The unit was beautiful & meticulously clean. My family and I are all very OCD about cleanliness, so this met our high standards. Having a private elevator to bring up all our stuff (instead of hauling it up 2 flights of stairs) was very convenient. And the location was ideal… close to everything we wanted to see & do. Loved having the City Market so close… we were there at least once a day. Loved the big modern Kitchen! Loved having 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms… worked out perfect for my family. Bathrooms were gorgeous & spotless. We were thrilled with everything this place had, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Dan is a great host and we would definitely stay here again! Our dog enjoyed her stay too!

Loved the location!! The house was very clean but could use some updating paint
