Spacious, modern, private basement space! 1 Bedroom/Bathroom, Centrally located in Northern Virginia, 35 minutes from DC. Close to local nature preserves, mall, hospital, and more! Amenities: king bed, 2 living areas, 2 Smart TVs. Kitchenette: SHAREDfull-size fridge, microwave, Keurig, air fryer, no cooktop/stove available. Private entrance, PLEASE NOTE: you will be walking through the grass to get to the basement! street parking in a quiet neighborhood. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes.

This is a perfect little haven, fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. Parking is available for boats and trailers. Please Note: Sunday check-in is at 4pm, unless requested otherwise.

Welcome to your peaceful room away from home! Located in Waldorf, Maryland, a residential commuter town that allows for peace and quiet and relatively easy access to DC, Maryland and Virginia. About 35 minutes away from Maryland's MGM National Harbor and 45 minutes from downtown Washington, DC. St. Charles Towne Center is a short drive away and there are lots of local walking/bike trails, tennis courts, a golf course and plenty of parks in the area. Perfect for business or pleasure stay!
