It's a very nice Airbnb . Location is close to everything. it's a set of 2 bedroom apartments. Apartments has everything you need for comfortable stay . property is nice and clean. property also has a nice pool with some balls for you to play in it. 24 hour reception desk was really helpful to check-in check-out at odd times. people at desk are very helpful in booking taxi rides and overall helping you. Host also was very helpful to provide whatever information we need. Appreciate all the help.

We stayed at Gurpreet's place for two nights. It is as described in the listing. We had reached earlier and they accomodated an early check in. The process is smooth. The house is close to the main Candolim area but around it there are a few options, everything is about a km away. Since we were driving this was not an issue. At check in there were two minor issues - 1. the water filter was not working and this was highlighted by Jay P himself. Enough bottled water was supplied for the stay. 2. One of the sheets had some minor stains and Jay P changed it immediately. There were enough clean towels and some basic toiletries. Both Gurpreet and Jay P are very responsive and helpful. Rooms are nice and all appliances and wifi work well. Only suggestion for improvement would be a bit thicker mattress in the main bedroom.

The apartment is good. Worth your money. The location is quite convenient, 3 minutes to the super market, 10 minutes to the beach. There were some temporary problems with the cold water supply, but it was not dependent on the host, something at the level of the building management company. The host has put in a lot of effort to solve these problems. He also helped solve any problems, even the chargeback issue at a nearby supermarket.

Location is really good for a longer stay because everything is a stones throw away....groceries, places to eat, pharmacies etc.

Rupesh came to our rescue when we weren't able to find another place due to a mix-up with the previous host. He helped us with the last minute booking at a fairly reasonable price. My stay at Rupesh's place was amazing. He is super friendly and always responsive. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. They have a well stocked kitchen, smart televisions in both bedrooms. Hi speed Internet allows you to work from home uninterrupted if required. Caretaker Mr. Nasir gladly helped us with the laundry and housekeeping. There are many popular restaurants/bars in the vicinity. Vagator beach is around 10 kilometres away. The building complex also houses a swimming pool. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von sechs Leuten. Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit den zusätzlichen Serviceleistungen, die man üblicherweise in Hotels bekommt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gegend ist sehr sehr sicher. Das Apartment war wie neu daher hat es an keinen Annehmlichkeiten gefehlt. Der Gastgeber war sehr proaktiv und absolut bemüht, einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sicherzustellen. Er sie haben uns steht, positiv empfangen und bei jedem Anliegen weitergeholfen.

It was an extremely wonderful stay. Tanupreet was very responsive and she helped us proactively. The property is beautiful and is as described in the Photos. I would recommend the stay to all who are wanting to experience a good Host and a lovely property experience.

Dwayne was incredibly helpful and proactive in his responses. Despite our late arrival, everything was readily available for us. He made us feel very welcomed. The accommodations were exactly as described, and the surrounding area was serene and beautiful. We would definitely return here again.

Such a beautiful 1BHK to come in for a perfect getaway with small groups or couples for a cozy and comfy stay. Also the Aayush is very friendly and welcoming! Drop by here and you’ll totally enjoy it.

My experience at Coral Stays was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I booked, their commitment to service shone through, The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the gated society provided a reassuring sense of security with round-the-clock surveillance. The rooms were not only impeccably clean but also thoughtfully designed. Every appliance worked smoothly, enhancing our comfort. The host, stood out for his humility and politeness, ensuring we felt truly welcome. Ordering food online was a breeze, and the well-equipped kitchen made dining in equally convenient. The highlight, though, was lush green surroundings, the expansive swimming pool and approximately 1 km walk to Calangute Beach - a captivating spot for families.

Had a wonderful stay at Sunaina’s place. We love the location because it’s in a quieter area but very close to everything in Calangute, making it accessible to the beach, bars, and restaurants. We have stayed in this building before at another unit and loved it so much that we were excited to come back. The staff is also extremely friendly. There’s 24 hour security and the cleaning staff comes daily. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities you will need during your stay. We cooked a lot and we had all the tools we needed. The bed is also a king size and extremely comfortable. Sunaina was very responsive whenever we reached out to her. The gas tank in the kitchen ran out halfway through our stay, and she had the replacement delivered first thing the next morning. She was quick to respond and kept open communication throughout our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend Sunaina’s place to anyone looking for a central location in Goa in a superb apartment!

Bruce is a good person and is helpful and accommodating and is proactive. His wife Fiona and the rest of the family who live right next door were also friendly and courteous. It’s a quiet and safe place almost between panjim and north Goa. We were provided jars of packaged drinking water during our stay and everything was great..the mattress was a hard one- helped us sleep better :) hot water,washing machine,fridge,tv,ac,induction..everything was in good working condition and the supplies were just a small walk away. Small decorations reflected Bruce’s personal touch:) We hired the bike and even during peak season he didn’t over charge - very modest ..much appreciated ! Sweet of the family to gift us a bottle of port wine on Christmas and help us attend the Christmas eve mass We highly recommend this place . 👍🏻👍🏻

Comfortable stay.. Had all the necessary facilities required by us like clean bathrooms, AC, drinking water, internet and a basic kitchen.. The caretaker was available close-by for any support.

This is my first time using Airbnb for outstation stays, and the experience has been nothing less than fabulous. Sharing my detailed review for other guests as well:- Location - Just precisely centered around the junction road between Calangute and Candolim. Each to identify is the temple located right at the corner of the road (Fort Aguada Road). Or just the next lane beside the Kanha Pure Veg Restaurant. Amenities - Excellent network of all sorts of amenities available both within the property and outside the property. Shaina's property has a small kitchen setup as well, and in case you want to have simple cooked foods like Maggi or boiled eggs, easily doable. Room - Picturesque room, just as available on the Airbnb page. Location from the beach - Just a 10-minute walk to the Candolim beach. Mama Cecelia's Beach Cafe is right at the end of the road from Shaina's place to the beach. Also lot of food shacks available. Looking 4ward to another stay soon! #Amazing

Megha is such a great host. She’s so professional and made sure our check in was convenient and hustle free. Her place itself is in a great location and very clean. The staff there was also very cooperative. Having a pool right outside our villa was the highlight of our stay. It’s an extremely well kept place, with all the comfort you need. Thanks megha for being very flexible with our stay timings as well.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig in einem Bereich mit alter Wohnbebauung. Die geschäftige Hauptstraße ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles ist wie beschrieben, funktionell und komfortabel. Sapna hat sich um alles gekümmert und hat mich persönlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Ich komme gerne wieder.
