Channel Islands : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

Accueil personnalisé particulièrement agréable. Logement spacieux en plein centre-ville, très bien équipé, agréable à vivre. On s’y sent « comme chez soi », avec même un choix de livres très éclectique pour agrémenter à l’occasion les temps libres… Annick est très sympathique et très accueillante.

Bon séjour passé, au calme et logement conforme à nos attentes avec petite attention a notre arrivé 👌🏻bon dialogue avec notre hôtes 👍🏻

Appartement bien plus grand que ne le laisse imaginer la description. De l'espace donc, une très belle vue, une maison (immeuble) très agréable à tout point de vue. Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire qui a facilité notre venue comme notre départ. A recommander.

Appartement confortable, nous étions 4 couples. Position centrale dans Huelgoat. Accueil sympa dans le bar librairie au RDC.

Hôte très sympathique et flexible. Appartement très sympa, nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin.

l'appartement est très bien équipé avec tout le confort,lumineux,sans vis à vis,une vue dégagée (coucher du soleil si le ciel est dégagé et vue nocturne de la ville ). Nous recommandons cet appartement

it was our second time at the house with our two kids. the new bed upstairs is a great improvement over the previous two single beds, but these really are kids beds (nothing wrong with that). the place was very nicely prepared and mostly clean. We do understand that pets are allowed and there are just enough carpets etc that refuse to give up the very last of the dog's hairs 😉. so render us extremely surprised to even find that one hair there 🤣 we really liked the small amount of non-perishables that were in the kitchen, which made it that much easier to prepare some things...

Amazing location, with a great view. We had a great time. Couple of nice restaurants / bars in walking distance which was great. Beach was also walkable. Frederika’s place was also really nice, clean and well maintained. Would recommend.

Maison super jolie, bien aménagée. Chaque chambre avec sa salle de bains est un vrai plus. Nous avons pu sillonner la région à notre guise grâce à son emplacement privilégié.

Accommodation totally met our expectations. Loads of maps etc and local information. Fully enclosed garden which kept our dog safe. On the one wet day, resorted to the extensive DVD & book range. Very comfortable place just to chill and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Vous pouvez entendre et sentir la mer dans le jardin. Elle est le plus agréable peu de temps après la marée haute, lorsque l'eau se retire du sable ferme et chaud. Il n'y a pas de magasins ni de restaurants à proximité immédiate, mais si vous suivez la plage vers le sud, vous trouverez un petit restaurant dans les dunes et un quart d'heure plus loin un petit supermarché. Sinon, vous n'êtes pas obligé de quitter la maison: tout est là, y compris la pure romance. Ce fut une semaine merveilleuse.

We had an amazing time in Kingswear at Sharon’s house. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and with spectacular views from the terrace. There are plenty of walking trails you can reach and at the same time it’s not as busy as the other side of the river. We loved it and hope to stay here again. Thanks Sharon!

Rozenn a été très accommodante et gentille. Nous sommes arrivés tard à cause de la pluie et des bouchons et nous avons pu garder le logement jusqu'après 18h30 le jour du départ car il n'y avait pas de réservation le jour d'après. Cela nous a vraiment dépanné. Le logement est très agréable, propre et joliment décoré. On se sent bien dès que l'on passe le pas de la porte. Contrairement à certaines locations tout y est pour faciliter le séjour: serviettes, produits de base comme le sel et le poivre, produits de nettoyage et aussi de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle. Excellent communication avec la propriétaire. Je recommande sans hésitation.

It’s quite simply a beautiful place to be. Water views to the front - from the terrace, the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms. Fields to the rear. As the hours pass and the tides change, so does the wildlife. It’s just mesmerising. We spent a week, as a family - 3 siblings and our mum. The 4 bedrooms are all a great size, really comfortable beds, good linen. The living areas are spacious and well equipped. The covered terrace is just the best place - even when the weather takes a turn and that’s where we spent most of our time, watching the waters change and the birds fly and feed. Thank you Mark, for all your great communication and for this stunning home. It was everything.

Wonderful, just wonderful! My family and I loved our stay in the Sandpearl apartment. Most of all, the view from the living room and the master bed room is just amazing, I could spend hours just watching the sea waves and the beach and listening to the sea... the apartment itself is spotlessly clean and has everything one might need but nothing feels like clutter. The kitchen even included plastic plates and bowls for children, and the living room had a good selection of books and boardgames. The host, Debbie, was very helpful, always responding very quickly. We asked for local recommendations for food on Easter Sunday and got a few options to choose from. The location itself, right at the beach and right in the middle of Weymouth, couldn't be better either. An overall winner that I would highly recommend. Already talking about maybe coming back to this exactly same place again sometime soon!

Amazing place to stay. Short walk to beach/ town. Quiet location. Nice comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Very clean. Decking with seating at the back is in the sun from morning to evening and is secluded. Absolutely 5 Stars and over.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans l’appartement de Claire, qui est très agréable à vivre et très bien situé. Les enfants se sont régalés et nous aussi. Nous étions déjà venu en 2022 et nous avions tous très envie d'y revenir, les enfants nous en reparlaient régulièrement tellement on y avait tous passé un super séjour. Et nous avons encore une fois passé un excellent séjour, ils ont adoré pouvoir à nouveau observer la marée à n’importe quel moment depuis le salon et accéder à la plage en un clin d’œil. Et Claire nous a vraiment très bien accueillis et a pris le temps de nous donner tous les conseils et bons plans pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Nous y retournerons très certainement une prochaine fois !

Appartement conforme à la description et très propre. Très bien situé : Saint-Malo intra-muros à 10 minutes à pied, plage du Sillon de l’autre côté de la route… Gérard et Liliane ont toujours été très réactifs dans les échanges. Marie-Claire a également été très agréable dans la gestion du départ et de l’arrivée. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Trop court cette fois-ci. Nous espérons pouvoir faire plus long très bientôt. Yann & Christelle.

Appartement très bien situé et très confortable avec vue idéale

Appartement confortable et conforme à la description. Parking privé. Accès à la mer à pied. Balcon très ensoleillé avec jolie vue sans vis à vis sur les jardins. Literie confortable et propreté ok. Jolie marché les mardi et vendredi à 10 min à pied.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jocelyne. Tout le nécessaire était présent. Lit très moelleux, équipement de qualité. Rien à redire. Un grand merci pour tout. Nous gardons l’adresse si nous revenons en Bretagne. Appartement bien placé pour les randonnée à côté d’un petit port de pêche. Très calme. À côté , le restaurant est très bon aussi. Vraiment un séjour de rêve

This is a beautiful apartment right on the sea front. It was super clean, easy to access, spacious and perfect for our long weekend getaway. We will absolutely be returning!
