Beautiful place and great hosts!

This was a perfect place right across the beach, an easy walk near a bunch of great food places! Chris was very nice and welcoming. If I am ever in Santa Monica again this would be my first option!

Nice little spot near everything. Walkable to restaurants and close to the boardwalk although we drove to the boardwalk. It was clean and had everything you needed. We really enjoyed the heated pool.

We loved our stay at Marie and Mike’s cute cottage in the Venice Canals! The location is so beautiful and peaceful — loved being walkable to everything in Venice and Santa Monica but still in a quiet and cute neighborhood. The canals are so unique and cool. The cottage had everything we needed in the kitchen, a comfortable bed, plenty of linens. We loved the outdoor patio with lots of seating to enjoy the sunshine. Marie was super friendly and responsive and made our stay great. Thank you!

Fantastic location- walkable to lots of restaurants, bars, shops, beach, Santa Monica pier. Great communication and very clear instructions. Check in and check out was very easy. It’s an older building but well maintained. Could use some extra towels and waters for the apartment so provided that feedback which they appreciated and were very responsive to. Great hosts. Would stay here again and recommend!

The apartment is so lovely, amazing view! You're right across the ocean. A lot of space, gym, great kitchen, everything you need :-) communication was great! I 100% recommend and will be back

Very comfortable apartment, I quickly felt at home, had everything you’d need for a beachside vacation. The kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook. There were lots of things to do within a walkable distance. Plus a convenience store within a couple of minutes walk as well as fun bars and places to eat. Abbot Kinney Boulevard is well worth a visit for its stylish clothing outlets, restaurants and bars. I would have loved to stay longer.

Ghada’s place is beautiful!! Wow! Amazing views of the canals! Wonderful amenities… we really enjoyed the paddle boards and the spa! So close to the beach and harbor within 5 minutes! Great restaurants and coffee shops. The master bedroom is huge! The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals. Our big family loved this really special home! Ghada is so nice and responds very quickly with anything you need!

Great location for a family Thanksgiving weekend. The home is larger in person than the photos. Beautifully furnished & top of the line appliances & bedding . We would highly recommend.

Absolutely HEAVENLY!! Incredible house, on ocean location, well appointed amenities, large deck, hot tub with full ocean view, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, great communication, very helpful staff, will definitely return!

This home is a treasure in a really lovely place. Couldn’t recommend the accommodation or the immediate area more. Glenn was very helpful when I was booking. There is a large grocery store within a short drive. The house is furnished and decorated well, the kitchen equipped for cooking and baking. The appliances all work well. I think the house has been renovated so that three were made one- so the layout is a tad bit unusual but we appreciated having spaces for all.

We have stayed at several Air BnB's but have never had the support and responsiveness that our host provided. We had a water line break forcing us to move out for nearly two weeks. Souroosh was flexible in arranging our arrival and responded in minutes to any request or question we had. He could not have been more accommodating.

Paradise retreats have fantastic Comunications. The house is outdated however having your own dock and able to utilize the kayak and paddle boards made up for the popcorn ceilings. A family getaway by the harbor bay brought our family closer and the house is in a safe and quiet location.

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

We enjoyed our time here very much.. . It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Suneetha is a fantastic host she is very responsive, friendly, and puts so much care into making her guests feel comfortable. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Suneetha!

The beach location was so peaceful & beautiful. We could watch sea lions & dolphins from the living room. The furnishings are wildly outdated (I believe my family had the same couch in the ‘80s), but everything was clean & comfortable. My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Danielle’s place is steps away from a beautiful beach and walkable to restaurants and shops. Her place was well equipped with all we needed and that was much appreciated. Perfect beach vacation.

Staying at Rachel's Beach Condo is consistently an incredible, inspiring "home away from home" experience... The place could not be more perfect (there's always personal touches and new stuff in the kitchen that makes me say "I have to get one of those!") and the location (right on a gorgeous beach and walkable to everything in town, plus a sweet playground for kids) can't be beat. Plus, Rachel is like family (in only the good ways!). So looking forward to our next visit to Carp! (As long as we can snag a week on the very busy condo calendar.)

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!

Had a great weekend here in Malibu! Loved the accommodations and ease of parking, large unit, nice amenities! I would come back and stay again! Thanks!

My husband and I loved staying in this Condo on Carpinteria‘s pristine quiet beach! It is everything that it says it is and what was particularly amazing was Spencer’s Thoughtful and thorough itineraries that walks you through everything. You could see the ocean from the bedroom and it felt like you were right on the beach in the living room. You go down three flights of stairs, and there is the Beach. I am disabled, and I ran into the property manager who lives on site and she was so warm and compassionate. She saw that I was in distress and she just took me by the hand and went all the way up to the condo with me and then came back out and walk me back out to my car into my husband’s hands with the remote that we needed to enter the parking area. She showed us and actually helped us with the luggage cart which is above and beyond. Spencer Has many beautiful properties in this area, and I think I would always trust his listings to be well managed and accurate.
