We designed the Rock Room with 6 floor to ceiling windows and an automatic garage door that opens up to a rock wall and your private covered balcony which overlooks national forest on both sides. We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A modernized log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. Explore the backcountry or walk along BV's Peaks View trail. One turn and you’re headed up Cottonwood Pass for hot springs, hiking or a show at the drive-in. Or, bike or walk toward town for Turner Farm music, BV's restaurants and shopping a mile to the east and the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond.

A 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with beds for 6 people and plenty of space for a few more if sofa's or sleeping bags on the floor suits you. Close to the Royal Gorge (35 mins), fishing/white water rafting on the Arkansas River ( 15 mins), skiing at Monarch (1+hr), and public lands for exploring, hiking, and hunting where you can enjoy Colorado outdoor living and adventures at its finest. Starlink internet WiFi provided.

Streaming WIFI. Dogs are welcome if declared and never left alone (uncrated) or allowed on furniture. Enjoy your private acre bordered by Love Meadow on one side and Chalk Creek on the other. No fishing on property. Guests like to see our wild trout. There are many fishing spots nearby.

However, it has a quiet secluded feel and easy access to the hot springs that are just outside of town. You’ll love our cottage because of the well-kept stylish interior, the park-like outdoor space, and great views. It’s an ideal base camp for couples and solo adventurers.
