We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to MJ Square, restaurants, and Kota Beach. The caretaker was super friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. The home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed, plus the water pressure was great. A couple of things to note: it would be helpful if the place was registered on Waze or Google Maps, as it was a bit tricky to find at first. The landmarks provided weren't very well-known to locals. Also, the bed sheets didn't fit well and came off easily, and the pillows were quite thin with only one provided per guest. Despite these minor issues, which I hope they'll fix, this place was perfect overall. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and convenient stay!

A perfect place to relax. Brian was a pleasure to deal with throughout this process. He has added a pool and pickleball court since my last visit. Very nice place and a great host. we look forward to our next visit. Thanks Again Brian for helping make our family vacation so great...

It was a truly relaxing stay. The place is very nice. All things that you will need during your stay were provided without even asking for it. The host are very accommodating, they allowed us to check in early since we arrived earlier that the listed time. They even assisted us in securing transport for our country side tour. Will surely recommend to our family and friends who will visit Panglao island. Thanks Nenita and her sister Susan for hosting and assisting us.

Jefax's place is in a great location—close to Starbucks, McDonald's, and 7/11, which made it super convenient for quick meals and coffee. The room itself was clean, but the air conditioning wasn’t as cold as we hoped, and the sink drain had a small leak. Despite these minor issues, the price was very affordable, so it was still a decent stay overall!

Awesome house feel like home. The place is pin a private area make the place more safe. The host was really responsive and help is getting us what we needed. Definitely will bring my family back and stay here if I visit Cebu again in the future.

Комната небольшая и достаточно темная, зато в ней очень тихо ночью. Не слышно никаких петухов и других звуков природы, только кондиционер. В кухонной зоне действительно были замечены пара тараканов, так что посуду мы промывали перед использованием на всякий случай. Насчет бассейна не узнавали, но как я поняла, он не бесплатный. Расположение жилья хорошее - прямо у входа есть 7-11 и прачечная, в пешей доступности небольшой торговый центр jy и макдоналдс. Мы останавливались на две ночи и в целом остались довольны проживанием! Еще из плюсов - на такси можно доехать до храма Леи и Таойст храма. До второго при желании даже пешком можно дойти)

Great stay. very clean and good value. You can stay here for relaxing cause you will have nice gym and super big pool. Local beach from location is far and don't worth it. If you have to work like us and don't need to much adventures I can recommend!

Very cozy and clean apartment equipped with everything we needed. A good bed and nice bathroom. Mam Fidela is a great host, easy to communicate with and so accommodating. We had a great stay. We are looking forward to staying there again if ever we visit Bohol again.
