Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Corte Sant'Andrea is an ancient medieval court completely renovated in 2020 as a residence composed of 5 holiday houses. Green Loft is a modern and cozy apartment situated on the second floor of the principal building of the courtyard. Guests will have the whole apartment for them and the common use of the garden. With a 10 minutes overview walking you will reach the city centre and the ferry stop of Bellagio. You will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday here!

The spacious loft (45m2) offers sleeping accomodation for 3 people, a small kitchen and a small bathroom. It is located in an historical building from 1898 in a quiet side street in the Breitenrain district. The loft is whithin 15 minutes walking distance from the train station and the old town. The bus station (Lorraine) is within a 2 minutes walk. In the neighbourhood there are grocery stores and restaurants in all price categories.

Cosy Studio with private beach. The loft is located directly on the shore of Lake Constance. There is a private enclosed beach. Good restaurants, boat rental and boat school just around the corner. Ferry boat, supermarket within walking distance as well as the company Airbus. Distance fair Friedrichshafen (Messe Friedrichshafen) 15 kilometers, Friedrichshafen 15 kilometers, Constance 18 kilometers.
