The Cookhouse - Beachside Hannah’s Clearing, Haast

Welcome to "The Cookhouse". Suituated a short 20 minute drive south of Haast, Hannahs Clearing is a small township established in 1962 to house workers the Carters Sawmill. The historic Cookhouse was built to cook for workers at the Mill, which eventually closed in 1979. The house sits in amongst native plantings on the beach side of the road, with access to the beach. The home is warm, cosy and sympathetic to its era. A fabulous getaway no matter the weather, for couples & families

The Lookout is a luxurious self contained small house with wonderful harbour views and a rural back drop. Only 18 mins from Dunedin and 2 mins from Port Chalmers cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. The Studio Unit doesn't offer cooking facilities, however we are sure that the close proximity to local Cafes, Restaurants, a Boutique Brewery and Takeaways which are all within walking distance, will be to your liking. It is only a short drive to world-class Restaurants, Golf Courses, and Wineries.

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.
