Shaun’s inviting Home provided a wonderful place for our family to be together and share the week of my Father-in-laws Funeral services. Being on Oneida Lake with the incredible homestead and views provided endless opportunities for Birding, solace and joyful times together. Everything we needed was there and/or was easily accessible. Our family has extensive food allergies and the fully equipped Kitchen made creating gourmet meals simple. This was my initial Airbnb experience and truly was stellar, we will be returning and staying here for each NY visit in the future. I strongly recommend this peaceful escape, just minutes to shopping and adventure.

Our stay on the lake was wonderful. The housing was perfect and met our needs. This would be a great house to rent during the summer months. WE had a little trouble locating the house initially as it is located among other houses and the drive down to the house is not clearly marked. If you are coming from the south you need to make a turn almost opposite the way you are coming into a steep drive to the housing. It needs to be better marked, maybe with an arrow and house number. The house could also us a little address sign on the walkway for clarification. HOWEVER, the stay was great and getting information to the person in charge was easy. The accommodations were very good. The view was wonderful. The water frontage is a bit steep but there are steps to bring you to the water. In all this is a wonderful home for vacation with amenities about 15 minutes away. I would give Nancy or Eric a call again.

We booked this home after changing our trip dates and losing the original house we rented. Boy, was it worth it!! The home is Beautiful! The views, natural light, huge master bathroom, and the most comfortable couch were just some of our favorite things. One of the bedrooms had kids' books and toys, and it was perfect for our 4-year-old daughter. The owners' communication with us was at its best! We look forward to returning next year!

I was here for a fall visit so could not take full advantage of the wonderful lake location but would love to come back in the summer to fully enjoy this location. We did have the chance to go on an afternoon kayak which was great fun and absolutely beautiful with the fall foliage! The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans and utensils as well as a few spices. We cooked a lot and I brought all ingredients and condiments I needed and I would recommend you do the same. Shop before hand as there is not a grocery store nearby. The location is right across the street from a Circle K but the house is nestled far back from the road with a garage out front so the gas station and all it's buzz were not at all noticeable. The living room was arranged awkwardly and with some tired furniture and the TV is actually in the dining room. If you were a large group trying to watch a movie or gather in the living room this would be a bit challenging. The beds were extremely comfortable!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views were stunning from the moment you pulled into the driveway and from every window in the house! It was family friendly, our kids loved this house, the kids book shelf and the closet of toys and kid amenities! Anna was super responsive from check in day to check out! We were very happy with our stay and not only are we ready to go back, our kids are already asking for another vacation there!! Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting our child at Colgate University. Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts live next door and were very accommodating. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed with cool fixtures and the most comfortable couch. They provided ground coffee, which was delicious, and the beds had great mattresses. The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as we like but everything else was perfect. The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the lake. The house is remote, but was easy to find. Can't wait to come back.

We’ve stayed in this space many time and it is always the perfect place to relax in between hiking and exploring the town. The tub is perfect to soak sore muscles after a long hike and bed is very comfortable. We usually cook a couple meals and always have what we need to do so.

Arrived a little later than expected as we had a 6 hour ride. His wife met us at check in to hand off the keys and explain the parking. Park pass lot was right across the street and always had a spot available. The space was perfect. Super clean with a well stocked kitchen. We came to town for a youth hockey tournament so the kitchen was much appreciated after the games. Location was perfect. Walking distance to the Olympic Center and right in the middle of all the shops! Bonus that Starbucks is right across the street! We will be back!

Jamie's place is amazing! The airbnb is spacious, clean, and quiet. There is a restaurant right there and views of Lake Ontario within walking distance. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautifully decorated, clean, and private location!

Had a great time staying here! Really cozy place. We visited lot of beautiful State Parks in the near by areas with our dog.

David & Debby are wonderful hosts! We had a cold and rainy weekend for our stay, but their cozy home was just perfect to keep us warm and snug. Comfy beds, squeaky clean, and such a beautiful view. We will definitely be back!

We spent New Year’s at Leah’s place, and it was absolutely amazing. Her guest house is so cozy, and she’s an incredible hostess. Not to mention, her place is dog-friendly, which made it even better! It was such a memorable way to ring in the new year.

Logement très mignon, bien décoré et magnifique vue, directement sur l’eau! L’hôte nous a bien conseillé sur les activités à faire dans les alentours. Le chalet est très bien situé, tout près du parc national de Sandbanks et des centre-villes de Picton et Wellington. Nous avons adoré notre séjour! La seule chose est qu’il n’y a pas d’air climatisée, il peut faire chaud la nuit malgré les ventilateurs.

Me and my friends stayed at Catchmore Resore and had a great time! we stayed in cottage #2 and had no complaints. We had a nice view of the water, took advantage of all the fun activities available, found the beds to be very comfortable and staff to be extremely friendly/helpful! only downfall to this cottage is that the shower head isn't adjustable...so the shorter guest found the shower hard to use. However there were other communal showers located on property so it wasn't the end of the world. overall we had a great time at this location and would recommend!

This host went above and beyond with details and everything was exactly as described. The home was extremely clean, which for a clean freak like me-is wonderful! Lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat, and flexible. Beautiful place to stay inside and the view of Lake Ontario is spectacular on the outside! Hope to go again sometime before summer is over!

Comfy & cozy for 2 couples, spacious bathrooms with nice towels, bedrooms also had an extra twin bed in each, kitchen had what we needed - coffee pot and wine glasses, and a great view of the lake. Lots of outside amenities, just too chilly to take advantage of them. Michelle was ultra-responsive too.

We were so excited to spend a peaceful weekend in the Adirondacks, and this is the perfect place! The living area was warm and cozy, the kitchen had everything that we needed, the bathroom was clean and updated. The seating was comfortable and the smart TV was a good size for the space. The beds were also comfortable. The surroundings were beautiful in the snow, which was plowed regularly during a two-day snow storm. We were just a few minutes drive from town, which always has lots to do. The grocery store is well-stocked and there are lots of fun shops. The host was very clear with instructions in the listing, and very accommodating while we were there. She even sent someone to make sure that we could all make it up the driveway in the snow storm (which was no problem at all for us with AWD). We wanted to go back to the cabin as soon as we got home, since we already missed the peace, quiet, and beauty. We will certainly go back again. Thank you for having us!

Was perfect for what we needed. A one night stay for a wedding. I missed the fact there were no towels but luckily we all showered before getting there.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was peaceful and perfect. We enjoyed being within walking distance to downtown Saranac Lake. It was a quick drive to Lake Placid for a wonderful dinner and sight seeing. We can't wait to come back!
