Spencer and Alicia where great hosts! the place looked great and we where able to feep right at home. if I had any questions, I would surely get an answer and fast. there was even this time that they answered me at 2 am when I had a huge problem! had a response from them in minutes. truly appreciated.

I’m obsessed with Melissa! Such a great host! I definitely recommend staying at any one of her units in London! The unit is beautiful, model furniture inside, I felt like I was staying in a spa-like girly suite, with the beautiful paintings and decor. Location has you right in downtown London so it’s a quick walk over to some bars/food spots etc. Melissa checks on you while you stay which was nice, she takes great care of her guests! 5 stars!

The location was great and very walkable to the downtown. The apartment was very spacious and the parking on site was convenient. Will definitely stay here again if I’m back in London.

Jon's place is simply fabulous! It doesn t fully match the photos as it was even better than we had anticipated! His attention to details and the practicality of everything is astonishing. We could not recommend it more especially for a family with kids

It was our second time staying here when we visit Kitchener. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to bars and restaurants and event locations. It's very comfortable with all the amenities we need. Gerry was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and included anything you would need to do any sort of cooking. He also left snacks and treats (microwave popcorn and a candy bowl that were a hit with my kids) and a lovely bottle of wine. The loft in the rental is especially cool with a great rooftop balcony. David had patio furniture in the balcony (which was not shown in the picture) which we would have used if the weather had been a bit nicer. A few things to note: there is a very long staircase to get up to the rental. (This was not at all a problem for us but could be for someone with mobility issues.) The stairs were carpeted so looked a bit dingy because of all the outside shoes/dirt that comes in from outside before getting to the rental door. As well, there are a few pictures in the listing that are not of this rental. (Brown couch, brick wall with opening). Overall this was a great place to stay and we would come again for sure.

A pampering and pleasant apartment in a quiet apartment building. The apartment is beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you need, including clean towels and linens. Fully equipped kitchen. Frederick responded within seconds and met all our needs. We would definitely like to stay with him in the future. Thanks for everything

Great spot, great space, very comfy and owner was super friendly and a great host!

The house is large and beautiful. We especially liked having a second living area upstairs. We had 8 adults in our group and we were very comfortable. We will definitely consider this again in the future when we return to the area.

It is a very nice house and the owners are very good people.

A few hockey families in town for a tournament. Lots of room, great location. We cooked meals all weekend in the large, well equipped kitchen. Lots of great memories made here!

Di was an absolutely wonderful host! One of the best I have encountered. He is super responsive. The house was spotlessly clean and exactly as the photos show. All appliances worked wonderfully with so many thoughtful and convenient items ready for us. Shampoo, conditioner, washing tabs, shower gels, fabric softeners the list goes on!

Mike was very helpful to answer our questions and quick to respond. The space was clean, looked like the pictures, and comfortable. I would recommend this place for future visits! It gave all the luxuries of being at home while away

Our stay at Suada’s was wonderful, would definitely stay again. As a host, she was extremely responsive and helpful.

This place was very convenient, clean, very well equipped with all you will need (cleaning supplies, shower necessities, all kitchen supplies etc). My only issue was that the pictures show two beds (the description says a double and a single). In fact, they are the same bed with different bedding. There is a love seat that turns into a bed. I had no issues sleeping on it, but if you are picky or tall you might not be able to enjoy it. I did request and additional bed (it was there when I arrived) but it was more like a camping folding cot with a very thin foam. We didn't use it, not comfortable. There are a lot of lock boxes at the building entrance, make sure you ask the host to inform you which is the correct one, so you don't spend a long time looking for the correct one. Additionally, the description also says there is premises parking and street parking. There is only street parking and at times it takes a while to find a spot. A great place and would stay again.

The place is convenient and nice and quiet ,there's washer and dryer but you have to bring on supplies and coins

Great place to stay! Very close to the downtown part of Stradford but still peaceful and quiet. The place was clean and easy to access.

This was the perfect place for our little Christmas getaway. Everything we needed to cook two big meals. Easy entertainment options. Cozy and quiet space.

The River Merchant Inn is beautifully appointed space. Comfortable furnishings, cozy fireplace, and the musical theme decor adds a whimsical atmosphere. Fabulous location

Faran is a lovely host. She is incredibly responsive. The condo was as described. We weren't able to enjoy the building amenities but they looked great. The location was convenient for two separate sporting facility venues we needed to travel to/from.

Spent the weekend with girlfriends at Debbie’s beautiful condo! We were extremely satisfied with how smooth the check in was and how beautiful the space was! It was in perfect proximity to all of the local eateries and shopping downtown. Debbie gave wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to try. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and provided a perfect place to relax. This place exceeded all of our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

The place was furnished and decorated beautifully. The location is absolutely perfect, everything worth visiting is a short stroll away. John himself is a wonderful host and is generously accommodating! We will remember his hospitality and kindness for life!
