Very clean place, well equipped, exactly as described. Only downside, wifi had small issues. Host was really good to communicate with!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s place. We needed a place to stay that wasn’t so far from the airport and Kevin’s place was just that and it was also close to beaches which was a plus. The apartment itself was not very big but my husband and I fit very comfortably. The apartment had everything we needed and the host even left many food recommendations inside. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had immediately. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here :)

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. A little tricky to get to the actually apartment itself but well worth it! Place was very clean with all the amenities necessary. Host was very responsive and very helpful with local attraction. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tasos!

Siamo stati accolti da Eleni che è una ospite perfetta, accogliente, disponibile, attenta, precisa. Il suo alloggio si trova in un angolo di paradiso, una delle più belle spiagge dell'isola, immerso nel verde, a pochi metri da un mare cristallino, con spiaggia di sassolini, attrezzata per gli ospiti, ampio spazio esterno (tavolino e ombrellone per pranzare all'aperto), doccia esterna (super), l'interno suddiviso in un ampio open space, cucina e bagno, è completo di tutto, spazioso, pulitissimo (pulizie giornaliere e ricambio biancheria continuo, mai capitato prima!), luminoso, ben arredato, letto comodissimo. Parcheggio incluso.

Η Εφη είναι εξεταστική οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλική επικοινωνιακή και πάντα εκεί να μας εξυπηρετήσει η καλητερη οικοδεσπότης που έχω συναντήσει το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες θα είναι η πρώτη επιλογή για οποιοδήποτε χρειαστεί να έρθει λουτρακι

Am avut o vacanta minunată in aceasta locație, unde nu ne- a lipsit nimic. O gazdă primitoare, caldă, ne- a stat la dispoziție pentru orice solicitare. Apartamentul cu toate dotările de care am avut nevoie, curat si cu o poziționare extraordinara. Practic ,de pe terasa intri in mare. Si peste toate acestea .. liniștea de care avem atata nevoie.

Flott beliggenhet til sjøen med en fin strand av småstein. 4 ektepar med 4 barn (1år til 10år), koste oss veldig. Bassenget og sjøen var i bruk hele dagene når vi var på huset. Vi hadde 3 biler parkert i garagen under huset, og brukte dem til å reise rundt i området. Rent og pent over alt, godt forhold til verten. Et par spørsmål underveis, ble raskt besvart. Vi syns det var greit med bil der. Takk til Yiannis for et flott opphold og fint sted. Aage

We had such a wonderful time at Maria and Micheal’s place and would definitely come back. The apartment is located about 45 minutes from Athens and is on the port of Rafina. Rafina itself is a lovely sea town with great food and great people and great access to the beach. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and clean. We spent 6 days there and had a great time exploring Athens and the Greek Riviera. Parking was never an issue. We even made organic lemonade from a tree growing in the back. It’s perfectly located next to a grocery store and several fast food restaurants. The local square is FULL of authentic Greek restaurants. We had no issues and the hosts were perfectly lovely and very responsive. Even though we visited during the off-season, there was plenty to do and the house was ready for guests. 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling to the region.

We had a wonderful time at Marie's place. It was the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of city life... The house is very comfortable, the bed is great, lots of space to relax in and a wonderful view!! Would love to return and stay double the amount of time...

πολύ όμορφο σπίτι και προσεγμένο.κατα την άφιξη μας ήταν πεντακάθαρο και δροσερό αφού είχαν προνοήσει να ρυθμίσουν την θερμοκρασία.μας άρεσε πολύ ο τεραστιος κηπος όπου υπήρχαν παιχνίδια και δραστηριότητες..το ευχαριστηθηκαμε κι εμείς αλλά και τα σκυλάκια μας!!η επικοινωνία με τον Ron ήταν εύκολη και άμεση σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν.ευχαριστουμε!

We had a fabulous week staying at Valentina's place. Perfect location in a quiet area but very quick to walk into town ( 5 minutes steep or a few minutes more if you took the steadier route). The house is spotlessly clean and there are lots of thoughtful extras! Valentina and Marianna were perfect hosts! The terrace up on top is spectacular and 'the icing on the cake'. We enjoyed Skiathos so much we have decided to visit again next year...and would have stayed here without a doubt. Unfortunately the week we wanted was already booked...so don't delay..I'm not surprised it's so popular!

We had a very nice stay in Vasilis air BnB. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Vasilis really walked the extra mile to help us with everything. We highly recommend this place so close to the beach with the very nice and communicative Vasilis as your host.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub bei Efi. Das Haus war genau richtig für uns und unsere zwei Kleinkinder. Die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Strand sind einfach fantastisch und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert! Besonders haben uns auch die vorhandenen Spielsachen gefallen.

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο, όπως φαινόταν κει στις φωτογραφίες. Ήμαστε 4 άτομα, 2 ζευγάρια και μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι. Η οποία υγρασία, καθώς το σπίτι είναι δίπλα στη θάλασσα, έφευγε με το ξεκίνημα των κλιματιστικών ενώ κάποια λίγα νέρα στο μπάνιο λόγω υγρασίας δικαιολογούνται από το χειμώνα στο νησί . Η Αναστασία είναι εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, πάντα διαθέσιμη να εξυπηρετήσει και βοηθήσει. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα θα το συνιστούσα σε όποιον θέλει διακοπές στη Σκύρο και να μένει δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Η απόσταση από τη χώρα είναι μόνο 5 λεπτά με το αμάξι, ενώ υπάρχει σουπερμάρκετ και ταβέρνα ακριβώς δίπλα στο σπίτι ( 1 λεπτό με το αμάξι)

Appartement très confortable, propre et agréablement décoré en centre-ville face à la mer. Coin cuisine bien équipé. Nous retenons que le lit et le canapé convertible sont particulièrement confortables !

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, πολύ καθαρό, πολύ κεντρικό με πρόσβαση σε όλα τα κεντρικά μέρη της Χαλκίδας με τα πόδια και πόλη καλή πρόσβαση με αστικές συγκοινωνίες. Πόλη φιλική και ουσιαστική επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Konstantinos is located in a peaceful and safe part of Athens. The apartment is in very nice condition, the pictures are not deceiving. He is a very kind host, always quick to respond and even provided food and toiletries. There is a Lidl about 10 minutes walk away, where you can buy cheap groceries. I highly recommend staying in Athens if you don't mind the city centre being a bit far away. The 40 bus is calculable and the metro is close by too. And Athens and Greece are wonderful, needless to say. And let's not forget the lovely cats :)

Ospitalità, gentilezza e disponibilita! La mamma ed il papà di Marina sono stati molto cortesi e sempre sorridenti. L’appartamento è uguale alle foto, accogliente e spazioso per 2 persone, non mancava nulla. Fantastico fare la colazione sul terrazzino vista mare! La fermata del bus è la n. 9 e si trova proprio difronte alla villa, il bus fa 28 fermate, si riescono a raggiungere le spiagge più belle, ma la spiaggia difronte alla villa è a 5 minuti a piedi. La villa è in una pozione eccellente per visitare le numerose spiagge nei dintorni e si trova a 10 minuti di bus dal porto di Skiathos. Noi abbiamo preferito noleggiare uno scooter che ci ha dato una grande libertà di spostamento e nel giardino della villa c’è un comodo parcheggio. Vacanza perfetta! Ένα πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα σε μια γειτονιά πλάι στη θάλασσα γεμάτη καφέ/ bistro/ εστιατόρια σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση (με τα πόδια) από το κέντρο της Ναυπάκτου. Ο Σπύρος είναι από τους πιο φιλόξενους ιδιοκτήτες' μας φίλεψε σοκολατάκια και τσουρέκι φτάνοντας και απαντούσε πάντα όταν τον καλούσαμε για κάτι. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το διαμέρισμα αυτό σε όποιον θέλει να επισκεφθεί τη Ναύπακτο και πραγματικά πιστεύω ότι όσοι έχουν μικρά παιδάκια, όπως εμείς, θα το λατρέψουν! Σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ Σπύρο για την υπέροχη διαμονή και τη φιλοξενία!

Θέλωντας να περάσουμε τρεις όμορφες μέρες στους Αγίους Θεοδώρους, επιλέξαμε το σπίτι του Ηρακλή. Πραγματικά μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι μεγάλοι και μικροί. Το σπίτι ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Η μεγάλη βεράντα του με θέα την θάλασσα μας προσέφερε στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Ο Ηρακλής καθ'όλη την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας ήταν σε επικοινωνία μαζί μας για οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε. Φιλικός και πολύ ευγενικός! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön war die ruhige Lage, perfekt zum Entspannen, und auch der Strand war nicht weit entfernt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an unsere Gastgeberin Katerina: Sie war extrem hilfsbereit, hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und uns mit einem Lächeln bei allem unterstützt. Man merkt, dass ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Absolute Empfehlung! 🤗

This was our second stay at the apartment. We arrived early and Athina was very kind to store our luggage for us while we waited for the check-in time. The apartment is located in a lovely neighbourhood with a good selection of restaurants, several bakeries, and grocery stores - 5-7min walking distance. During this stay we wanted to explore a bit of the old city. Whilst a bit of a trip (40min), the tram route was the most convenient, given there is a tram stop near the apartment. Airport trip was also quite easy as one of the express bus routes stops nearby. In the morning (easy traffic) it took 1,5 hours to get to the airport. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Athina!
