The property features a wet weather creek and reservoir that attracts turkeys, ducks, wild boar, and deer. Take a hike, a dip, then head to the brewery for some R&R... your perfect day awaits. All four bedrooms have 50" HDTV's and there is a 70" monster screen in the living room so if you want to stay inside and watch the game (DirectTV/NFL Sunday Ticket!) or get caught up on work (satellite internet), you're covered. In addition to having all the major pay-for movie channels like HBO and Showtime, we also have a great DVD library for the film buffs out there. Hanging out by the fire pit is a great way to cap off a day and don't forget to break out the s'mores. The house is outfitted with high end appliances across the board and even seasoned chefs will find themselves well equipped in our kitchen or at the helm of our state of the art grill. The home is filled with lots of interesting original artwork and the grounds surrounding are serene and picturesque. Located less than 30 minutes to downtown Austin, you get the best of both worlds. Enjoy a movie in the cozy, comfy family room or have a fancy night in front of the fire glass fireplace. If you need some alone time head out to the bungalow office/library. Best views of Lake Travis and Hill Country. Very private end condo on 3rd Floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths at the Island on Lake Travis. Condo can sleep 6 and has access to all the amenities at the Island including 2 outdoor pools/hot tubs, indoor pool/hot tub, sauna and gym, on site restaurant open on weekends, spa, 2 tennis courts, fishing, short walk to lake and outdoor picnic/bbq areas. Great for couples/families or girls/guys weekends. No pets allowed in condo.
